No notice of renewal. The day I saw the charge, I asked them to cancel it and refund me and they said they won't. This is robbery in plain site.

Beware of the “free trial” that they’re offering. I was expecting for a reminder email from them just like the other subscriptions. I cancelled it right away as soon as I saw the deduction for the auto-renewal. I emailed the customer service justifying that I didn’t meant to renew as I can’t use the app with the purpose I was expecting. I can’t even put a watermark. CS replied that they can’t give me a refund so I need to use the whole month for the amount I paid.

I miss the old pixlr. I used to be able to edit photos that had photoshop-like features 2+years ago. Now, for users who don't have a subscription, these feature are no longer available to the user-- only AI features are available. Reduced to almost nothing. I am disappointed.

Really really shiit very hard to use the program and is very hard to understand and use. I dont recommend using it STAY AWAY!!!

Nothing really works, least it the AI features. II I I joined for the ai. Their instructional videos show the generative fill changing the entire image but in reality, you wait 5 mins and get garbled trash, that's even if you get anything. The outpainting can't make a coherent image. The basic tools work fine, but they're nothing you don't find on any other editor. Only redeeming grace is that I signed up for the free trial and some glitch happened I take it, and I'm now sitting on 12,000 free credits. Of course, they'll likely never be used.

Constantly and consistently misaved a bunch of my files causing me to lose a bunch of valuable work [on the paid version closed bracket absolutely shite I hope they die I've half a mind to fly to Singapore and cracked their skulls in until he utter scumbags give back all the money I lost they deserve it

It's become unusable. This was always the best web-based photo editor in my opinion. I liked the familiarity of the interface. But when I've tried using it several times recently it has been unusable. Weird glitches everywhere. It frequently stops working completely and you have to reload the page. Fortunately most of the time it has saved your work and you can continue where you left off but not always. I just can't recommend it any more.

Absolute dogshit. Can't even copy and paste images. Might as well pay for photoshop.

I tried to edit a photo by drawing sprites on this crappy site and it just started to delete the sprite and it kept changing colures which i selected. All i can say that sometimes its good or alright but most of the time its the biggest crap to ever fücking exist in this planet.

Doubled their pricing without notice and added nothing to their program. The AI image editor and generator are terrible. They do not refund subscriptions. Do not use.

Terrible company and customer service. You can't see what it does until you sign up and then I immediately requested a cancellation and refund because it wasn't what I wanted but you can't do that. So I'm out of money and it's a horrible app. Don't waste your money or time!!

Must be a better online than this crap,,,, far too difficult to use....I have photo suite on desktop, fabulous, but can't get installed on my laptop for some reason. What?? with the reply?? I stated, this pixir is crap, I HAVE photo suite on desktop, which is fabulous, but for some reason cannot install it off of the disc on my laptop , so I don't have to use your crap.

Absolutely awful. The AI tools are completely broken and you'll be using up credits constantly just to preview them, let alone use them. They're now more interested in acquiring your money than providing a decent piece of software.

The mobile app is also broken, crashing constantly yet still taking credits despite not providing results. Pixlr will refuse to provide any refunds or give you additional credits for faults on their end, and if you quote consumer rights laws, they will just ignore you. In the end I had to get in touch with my bank to begin sorting the matter as this is essentially fraudulent; the AI tools are nowhere near as good as they are advertised to be and it's just become a tacky moneymaking scheme above anything else. Truly disgusting.

The support is rubbish, the app is rubbish, and the whole site itself is a borderline scam. Pixlr staff should be ashamed, especially since they keep replying to bad reviews saying how much they care and urging you to contact them. They don't care one bit, and provide no goodwill gestures for errors on their end. Would rate this pile of garbage a 0 if I could.

I bought a 1.99 usd subscription a year ago. I canceled the subscription 2 months ago, but they are still deducting a fee from my card. Attention - they are scumbags. I canceled my PIXLR account -

I put in prompts that do not seem to be understood. I use negative prompts to avoid the constant dismissal of the prompts I'm trying to create and it just keeps reproducing similar images to the ones that do not match my prompts. I will state the subject has blonde hair and it provides brunettes. I state a body type as plump or full figured or heavy set, chubby, or fat and it produces skinny barbie type models. I prompt a style of clothing such as an 18th century dress with apron and it produces short mini skirts. Pixlr seems to only be capable of producing provocative type subjects rather than realist looking models, like REAL people. I choose a cinematic style and it produces a cartoon like look, painted even. I have the free version and it is garbage, I wouldn't pay to upgrade since it can't handle the simplest prompts. Playground ai, is 100% better.

I had a free trial of Pixlr and cancelled before the trial was over. They will auto-renew your subscription one year after without authorization. Beware this is a scammy site.
