Great app with cool features. I love it !

Pinata made it very easy to claim my gift once I acquired enough points to redeem! Their customer service was also excellent and they replied to my emails quickly with problem resolution!

Through my renter, I've received gift cards from restaurants and a few household and beauty items that I otherwise wouldn't have purchased. It was also great that it was connected to my credit score. Piñata was the best thing about having to pay rent!

How easily your points add up, the app was very informative and easy to navigate and it offers many different options.

The credit reporting is a great feature! Their customer service team is also extremely helpful and quickly responded and fixed my account when I didn't get my monthly points.

Great product and customer service. It does a great job of reporting my rent payment to the credit bureaus, at a fraction of the cost of what my apartment complex offers. I also had a recent billing discrepancy and the customer service was phenomenal on getting me taking care of. Great product and app.

Piñata is a great tool for us renters in that it reports your rent payments to the credit bureaus. Also, their rewards programs allows one to redeem points for cool items as well as gift cards.

The program gives rewards and helps improve your credit by reporting your rent payments.

So far so great!im coming up on about 1 year of using the app. It reports my rent payments to my credit! It gives you way to earn points to redeem for cool little gifts. Some things you can redeem points for are gift cards, home decor, and personal care items, etc,. One time i didn’t receive my gift card that I redeemed and their Support helped get the points back in a timely manner. My only tiny complaint is that the gift card drops are limited and spaced out, so you have to turn on your notifications.

I had to reach out to customer service. Eric responded within an hour. My issue was resolved immediately. I have only had that level of customer service a few times in my life. Thank you Eric at Piñata customer service.

I use Pinata Rewards through my renter services, and it's been fun so far to choose from a vast variety of rewards. So far I've mostly gotten gift cards and household items, and I always compare my points value to the price on Amazon to see if it's a good deal. My items have been high quality, and all the gift cards have worked for stores like Walmart, Home Depot, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc. Make sure to check frequently as they do go fast, so get the reward as soon as you see one you like.

Being using this app for the past 2 years while renting and love the idea of reporting the rent to credit and building the credit score. Plus you get points and rewards like gift cards to my favorite stores and restaurants. Also, the customer support is top quality!

I’ll admit I was definitely skeptical when my apartment first introduced this app, but getting my rent reported to my credit history did help build my credit. And the points you get for paying rent are actually useful and I was able to redeem them for real prizes, and whenever I had a problem customer support was also very helpful. So overall a pleasant experience, I’m sad my new apartment doesn’t use piñata.

I really love pinata and benefit from it in many ways. It was offered to me by my home management company and it helped increase my credit score just by paying rent and also just by paying rent i recieved points rewards after every rent payment and i would redeem for gifts cards or home essentials

What I Appreciate about Piñata is their undeniable Loyalty to Customers. Whether it's Expediting Product Shipments or Honoring overdue Monthly Check-in Points. I also take Value in the Rewards which are offered from their Partners that I already do business with. Piñata: Definitely a Name I can Trust.

I have been using this app for like 3 years and it genuinely does report your rent, however as of May the app itself has been really glitchy and not awarding the monthly rent points or the bonus points. They say they know about it on their end, however it's almost July and it's still glitchy. I'll stick with it a bit longer as it's always been a decent app!

Very useful! I don’t like to get loans or have credit cards, this app allows me to remain debt free while growing my score.

I love Piñata. I have been using it for few years now. Whenever I have a glitch problem or need help, it’s always a resolution. The customer service support is top tier. I stack my points to get some awesome rewards. They have rewards and great deals even giveaways. Nothing bad to say!
