Realicé un pedido el domingo 20, pero la web presentó varios errores de hosting y el artículo cambió automáticamente después de fallar dos veces el proceso de compra.
En cuanto me di cuenta, escribí inmediatamente un correo explicando el problema y pidiendo que corrigieran el artículo antes del envío.

Al día siguiente, lunes por la mañana, crearon la etiqueta de envío sin haber respondido. Volví a escribir para insistir, pero no tuve respuesta hasta casi las 16:00 horas, momento en el que me dijeron que ya no podían hacer nada, a pesar de que el pedido aún no había sido recogido por DHL (20:47).

Además de no ofrecer ninguna solución, la atención al cliente fue poco amable. Me indicaron que debía esperar a recibir el paquete y después hacer una devolución —es decir, gastar más tiempo y dinero por un error que se originó en su web.

Finalmente, el pedido llegó el viernes 24 en un estado lamentable: la caja dañada, sin protección adecuada, algo inaceptable tratándose de una cámara fotográfica.

En resumen, una experiencia muy decepcionante: web con errores, atención lenta y poco empática, y embalaje deficiente. No volveré a comprar en Photospecialist ni recomendaré la tienda tras esta experiencia.

Había escrito una reseña negativa al faltar parte del pedido en la entrega ya que en teoría venía junto. No entiendo por qué pero venía por separado y ha llegado en días diferentes. Todo correcto aunque podrían haberlo dicho al realizar el envío.

Tuve que devolver la primera cámara por un fallo de conectividad y no tuve ningún problema con la devolución. Me enviaron otra perfecta.

Un acierto de compra!!! El objetivo es fantástico, muy sólido y buena construcción. Muy buena definición y luminoso. Rapidez en el envío, muy bien empacado y facilidad para consultar las dudas. Desde luego .. Volveré a comprar mi próximo objetivo aquí

Empaquetado defectuoso
Hice 1 pedido de varios artículos a un mismo proveedor desde Spain y la caja que lo contenía llegó rota y abierta.

Teniendo en cuenta que entre otros, contenía una cámara digital último modelo, de coste elevado, lo considero inaceptable. Tampoco tenía etiqueta con indicación FRAGILE

Photospecialist is a business worth buying from. Very satisfied customer. Bought a Godox Flash V860III, it arrived extremely fast, I mean 3 working days, travelling from the Netherlands to Spain.

I recently had a disappointing shopping experience with Photospecialist. I ordered three items: a SmallRig L-Shape Handle, a NiSi True Colour ND-Vario filter, and a Peak Design Leash. Oddly, the SmallRig handle, initially shown as out of stock, arrived within a week. However, the other two items, which were clearly listed as in stock, never arrived.

After reaching out to customer support, I initially received a generic response stating they would open an investigation with the shipping company. But following that first standardized reply, customer service became completely unresponsive—ignoring all my subsequent emails. It left me feeling as if Photospecialist simply didn't care about customer satisfaction or resolving my issue.

To be fair, I’m not sure whether the fault lies with Photospecialist or their shipping provider. If it’s Photospecialist's internal issue, then the problem is severe and deeply concerning. If it’s the shipping company's fault, that means Photospecialist chose a shipping partner that loses customers' packages, which is equally problematic—especially for customers who urgently need their orders. Either way, I strongly advise other customers to reconsider carefully before purchasing from Photospecialist.

After I left a review here, Photospecialist responded by saying, "It's certainly not our intention to leave you without answers, and we’ll be reaching out again to follow up and find a suitable solution." However, the reality is that when another customer service representative replied with a templated message, I followed up with additional questions—but received no response.

This contradicts their claim that "it's certainly not our intention to leave you without answers." It makes me wonder whether Photospecialist actually has a professional, full-time customer service team, or if they’re simply copying and pasting standard phrases without addressing the customer's actual concerns. It gives the impression that they're just trying to brush people off.

muy buena compra, buen precio buena mochila y buen servicio de la tienda, no tanto de la compañía de transportes pero la tienda no tiene culpa de que DHL sirva bastante regular en mi zona..

Servicio pos venta inexistente.
Ni siquiera respueta al correo electronico comunicando incidencia.

Buena informacion, rapida entrega, y producto bien embalado. Cumple todas las expectativas

El paquete recibido estaba deteriorado , su embalaje era defectuoso, tenía distintas roturas.
El contenido estaba golpeado sin sufrir deterioro en su funcionamiento.
