Pet Abroad UK was doing an amazing job sending back my dog “lucy“ here in US. I love the service and staff because they keeping me updated about my dog, giving her lots of loving and sending me cute pictures of her from the day of collection. Stress free!! The staff at PetsAbroad UK have been amazing,they have been so helpful and patient with all the paperwork and process to get my dog Albi to Australia.I was immediately put at ease after speaking to Andre, who was a quarantine vet at Melbourne,and he knew the two vets who were involved with the paperwork in the UK.
When I dropped Albi off at their office to go into kennels with them before his flight he got all the toys out of the box and no one was concerned about the mess.I had regular updates and photos too while he was in their care. Albi is now here in Australia with me and none the worse for his journey.

Becky at Pets Abroad was fantastic all the way through. We had a lot of faffing trying to get our two labradors into the Bahamas. A lot of last minute testing due to immigration rules and it was touch and go with vets and testing on our side taking too long. Becky reassured us all the way through and always had a plan B up her sleeve from whether our dogs were kennelled with them and then samples were organised to be retested while under their care or whether the dogs were taken to the airport if everything came through ok. She was ready whatever and even moved the dogs' flights back about three times without any extra cost as all our immigration plans changed. She took the pressure off immensely, answered emails promptly and made the whole worrying experience utterly easy. Jamie, when he came to collect the dogs was reassuring and calm and just the loveliest. You can tell they care. Lots of pix sent to me all the way through and all info provided ready for collection ten hours later when they got off the plane in Nassau. We originally had an extortionate quote from Pet Air and am so glad the instagram algorithm fed me an ad from Pets Abroad instead as Pet Air was ridiculous money and pretty awful when it came to communication when I was asking questions. Pets Abroad are fabulous. Go with them if you want a pain free, easy and communicative trustworthy experience for you and your pets.

Great service from both Pets Abroad UK and Global Paws SA in bringing Kitkat and Pooh from Wiltshire to Cape Town. They arrived in great condition, having clearly travelled Business Class and avoided long queues at immigration because they were returning citizens (born in Alexandra, Johnanesburg 17 years ago!) Thank you to Claire and Andre (who was quick to reply to my many queries) in the UK and to Miranda and Trevor in SA.

Becky and the team at Pets Abroad made us feel completely at ease from the very beginning of our journey planning to fly our dogs from London to Los Angeles. Their transparency stood out immediately — every step was clearly explained, every question answered, and every concern reassured with patience and genuine care.

Their introduction to a broker was seamless and absolutely no hassle, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during an already stressful time. The pupdates were such a comfort and greatly appreciated; knowing how our dogs were doing throughout the process meant the world to us.

The crates they travelled in were far better than we expected, and the thoughtful little touches included made it clear how much pride Pets Abroad takes in the wellbeing of the animals they transport.

We cannot recommend Pets Abroad enough. It’s such a relief — and a joy — to work with a legitimate company that operates with this level of compassion, professionalism, and integrity. Truly outstanding service.

We've had an exceptional service with Pets Abroad to move our dog from UK. From first contact through to delivery, everything was taken care of. They even introduce you to vets in your destination country, making paperwork so easy. Claire and her team were superb and reassured me from my anxiety. Our baby arrived so happy like she'd just had a sleepover.
I will not hesitate to use their services again and look forward to next travels.

When I see road raging van signed with pets traveling I hope they sedate poor pets before putting them in back of PO70KYG. If they not sedated I will be forced to take 3 stars and put it back to zero

We had an excellent experience with Pets Abroad UK relocating our two cats from Abu Dhabi to their new home with us in the UK.
From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent—we were kept informed every step of the way.

Pets Abroad, specifically Claire, helped us move three dogs and one cat from the UK to South Africa. I was honestly dreading it, particularly as moving the animals was just one part of a large move, but Claire made the whole process so doable, no question was stupid and she helped every step of the way. Whilst in transit Claire sent us photos and updates throughout. I could not recommend them more highly.

Pets Abroad UK made our move so much easier. They took amazing care of our two pets, ensuring they were comfortable at Heathrow and well-prepared for their journey to Cape Town. We are so happy to have them home. Thank you for the seamless service and for looking after our animals so well.

Our cat, Lucky was coming from Toronto to LHR.
Because Toronto temperatures were very high(34C)
animals cannot be left outside as cargo is loaded.
His flight was moved from the 6pm to 8pm to 10pm and finally 11.30pm!
Pets abroad handled all the changes and kept James in the UK informed. When he finally landed,
the process went very smoothly and when we picked him he was in great shape. Thank you all!

My questions promptly, put me at ease when I was feeling very anxious about my dogs first journey on a plane . She sent me photos of them the day i dropped them off and the day of , and also emailed the following day to ensure they were ok, couldn’t rate this company highly enough 🙂

​I paid £ 827 to Pets Abroad for Same-Day customs clearance for my two cats on a Saturday evening. Due to a paperwork error by their staff, the clearance was delayed and instead of fixing it, the team simply logged off for the night. I was calling multiple times and was sending emails also the staff from the reception was trying call whoever they could but nobody was answering.

​My partner was left at Heathrow, forced to book a night in the hotel - he had to spend more than £ 100 for the night, and our cats had to spend an unnecessary, stressful night at the reception center that I wanted to avoid by paying Extra for the Same-Day collection.

​When I asked for a refund of the evening premium and the hotel costs, they tried to deduct an £80 "weekend surcharge" because the clearance was completed on Sunday morning. This is ridiculous logic—the only reason my cats were still there on Sunday is because their staff failed to do their job on Saturday. You cannot charge a customer a penalty fee for a delay your own company caused.

​I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve this, but the company has completely ghosted me for weeks. Shocking customer service and zero care for animals or clients. I cannot recommend their services.
