I love using perx but this card was very flimsy card bent in pocket and black strip got damaged so cardboard only be used online on very few websites

I found the perm card very user friendly, widely accepted and easy to view balance from app. Much better than One4all card.

Small delay in my card appearing for use on the get my cards app. Other than that, everything was great and i was able to use my card for any purchase including online

It was great the fact that you can tap in any shop

Received it from my work as a form of bonus. Used it for the first time and it was a seamless experience anywhere I made any payments.

User friendly and easy to add my digital card to Google pay wallet.

Easy to download and set up and use. The wallet in Apple pay is great to see your purchases and balance.
I've been able to use to without any issues.

I recieve this card for the first time. It was easy to activate and works on almost all payment platform that i use it. It was easy to check balance and track all transactions. I really had a good experience.

I've received Perx cards for the last few years. Have no issues with it. While some place can't accept the card, they are few and far between. Very happy with it. Maybe a pin would help.

Easy to use. Never have a problem to use in any shop or online. The only thing i will add is a pin instead of signature when using in shops

We have used Perx Cards for 5 of the last 6 Years for Staff Bonuses. Where we have experienced issues in the past & had some terrible customer service from them, this year all ran smoothly. They appear to have retrained their staff & the system worked with out glitch for online ordering. Well done all involved.

It is very easy to use and helpful have it on the phone. Also you can check the balance any time and the expense history.

Well , I have received this card as a reward gift for 250 pounds - EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to log in in the beginning - needed a million mails to be sorted out - as it has been SOOOOO DIFFICULT to be used , I ONLY USED IT FOR 100 POUNDS AND THEN FORGOT TO USE IT FOR MORE - CARD EXPIRED - CALLED THEM , had to pay another 20 pounds on phone calls , sent them a lot of mails , still waiting for them to renew my card - in the beginning one found my account - the second telephone caller NEVER found it , customer service replied to my mail , done whatever been told , no news since then . TOTALLY disappointed with this card from the very first day I have been given it as a reward - nightmare and soooo difficult to sort it out - even in M&S OR JOHN LEWIS they are so friendly and renew the expired card - this was a nightmare from the very first time

Horrible stay away

What a joke of a company . We ordered €5000 for staff bonus for Christmas and paid €5044. They are now saying we need to pay another €274.17 because of the exchange rate even though we have sent a copy of bank statement showing full payment . Still have not received cards and are saying they won’t refund . Never again will we be using perx cards for bonuses

What a terrible experience. Your customer support team are rude, condescending and not willing to help. Order processed in time for Christmas but they won’t be fulfilled now in time for Christmas. Keep hiding behind the central bank restrictions, which are not applicable in this case. I should have read the reviews before ordering. Do not use this company, horrendous experience.

Jenny our Account Manager has been so helpful all year but particulary during these past couple of weeks (our busiest period!!) She helped one of our employees get sorted on Dec 22nd and did so within the space of an hour.

The card never works as it should. Now, I am trying to create a new account, as I got the card from my employer. The system doesn't allow me to accept Terms and Conditions... really? The same experience last year. How you manage to be still in business is beyond me. If I didn't receive the card as gift, I would never use you. Your services just do not improve...

Perx as a company is totally shit!!! They don;t resolve the issue and keeping going round an dround and saying they will excalate the issue and will be repsonded within 2-3 buisiness days. I am not able to log in the get me ecard app through the perx igital card link. I get error saying user was not found. Its been 5 days now , this is my Christmas gift I am suffering with this shite Perx compnay. This Company should be closed , user response is bad as seen below.
