I've used Perx for the last 3 years for staff bonuses, it has been an ordeal every single time. Both digital and physical cards seem to cause issue and the staff are not much help. We're moving to Clevercards next year.

Great service for companies purchasing multiple vouchers
I use Perx every years purchasing vouchers for employees. The service is really good with fast delivery even at busy times of year. The support from our account manager is both very fast and usually resolved with one email. Likewise the call centre is good anytime I've had to contact them.

the issue was conflicting email addresses - therefore very good security

I've been receiving Perx cards from my employer for the past two years, the first year I didn’t like the physical card. It was awkward to use and difficult to activate. But in 2025 adding the digital card was a much better experience. Very easy to set up, even my 60+ year old colleague was able to set it up herself. I definitely believe that this is the best way to have a perx card.

Perx improved on customer experience
I’ve had trouble with getting no where fast with Perx customer support in the past. But today I had an incredibly positive experience with a customer service agent who was able to follow the threads of my somewhat complicated issue and actually got it sorted! I also noted their web interface is waaaay easier now in comparison to last year!

Its no good
Received perx for Xmas from work just like every year and every single year the same problem . Showing balance of previouse perx, wasnt able to update new card and couldnt reset password. Had to call support. Adding forgot password option would be helpful. Now i see balance on the card but when using in the shop it keep declining transactions. Very difficult to use 😕
And still cant use it. Asking to verify its me by password when paying thats fine but card its decline everytime when trying to pay in the shop .. tried few different shops and its the same ..

Avoid
Disaster of a company. They take an age to tell you they won’t be able to provide a card as you’re ’too small’ in December - why not flag it up front they aren’t taking any more orders? My wife received her card from her employer five weeks after it was ordered. Avoid.

Disaster
I opted for the physical card, instead of the digital card, this was a big mistake. Everyone else who received the physical card got theirs by 17th December 2025, mine arrived on 21 January 2026.
I was counting on this to cover Santy for the kids as we were told we'd be receiving 800 euro perx card as our Christmas bonus, some bonus when you don't even receive it......
