The product actually worked
The product actually worked. I used the Cold Plasma Plus Sub D neck and saw a difference the next morning along my jawline and neck. I will definitely continue to use this product and try others.

Positive and negative feedback
I really like your products. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was charged so much in taxes. Like almost 80 dollars only in taxes alone. It is like I ended paying for a free gift item that I was originally entitled to by buying many products from Pericone's website . Another thing it some products come in very small containers and the price is overly priced for so little content.

I purchased product and then…
I purchased product and then IMMEDIATELY remembered that I had set up a subscription on this product. I contacted your chat line to see if we could get my recent purchase into the subscription. I was on hold for around 15-20 minutes and the answer was no....just return the product. Seem complicated and unnecessary.
