I signed up to receive the 25% off my first purchase, but I did not get it, and when I brought that up with your customer service assistant, she was totally unable to help me and then sent me a message saying she hoped she had helped me. It’s a ridiculous annoying System and I feel like you scammed me into purchasing something with an offer that never materialized.

I placed my order last evening and less than 12 hours later. I am offered the same product at 25% off when I reached out to customer service they would not honor the discount.
