I have been communicating with Alfie Herbert for awhile now for vacancy filling within office based TFM roles and also looking for roles myself. He has kept me updated at every step of the way and made my life a whole lot easier!
People group are a great bunch of people that really treat you well! highly recommended!!

People Group have been instrumental providing me leads and opportunities in relation to HSE consultancy roles over the last 3 years.
My principal contact within the recruitment team (Tilly Day) liaises on regular basis during contracted roles to ensure continuity of service and also keeps in contact during other times to check my availability and give updates on the job market which helps me plan accordingly.
The relationship with People Group has been nothing but a positive experience from day one.

I had the pleasure of working with Anca during my hiring process at my curent workplace, and her expertise and dedication stood out from the very first moment we communicated. Anca is exceptionally skilled at ensuring that both the company's needs as well as the candidate's are fully met and clearly communicated, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend.

Great Experience with People Group from first correspondence to the end of the project.

The best recruitment company I have ever experienced. From the first contact to the onboarding stage and even after, my process was taken care of professionally. It is highly recommended for companies to work with People Group.

I was recruited as a project planner for a prestigious data center project through Mr. Rob Hobdell. At first, upon my application, I had an initial interview with him and he checked my status, working availability, administrative availability, etc. Meanwhile, he informed me about the company and project in detail. Then, since I expressed my interest, he shared my CV with the company, and based on the positive feedback, Mr. Hobdell arranged an interview, and he gave very insightful suggestions and strategies during these processes. Even after I started the project, he checked whether everything was fine from my side. All this is nothing but professionalism since I faced rejections even after some orientation meetings with some companies which was a result of bad recruitment proess. Thank you Mr. Hobdell sincerely and thank you People Group.

Anca Cojocaru approached me back in January and she went above and beyond to get me settled within a new role. It was within 2 weeks of us first speaking that she had achieved this by landing me with a Document Controller job at Mace.
I was previously unemployed, as I had been made redundant all of a sudden, so Anca's support in getting me back on board in my career was just what I needed.
This was my first contract role so you would assume I would have struggled with ensuring all of the paperwork was in order but with the guidance I had from Anca, I had no issues whatsoever. It was an easy straight forward process and I couldn't have hoped for it to have gone any better.

I would highly recommend People Group as an agency.

I had a great recruitment experience with Rob from People Group. Rob demonstrated professionalism and a good understanding of the civil industry throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting, he took the time to understand my career goals and skill set, ensuring that the opportunities presented were well-aligned with my career interests.

Thanks to Rob’s efforts, I secured a great role as a Project Planner. I highly recommend Rob and the People Group for anyone seeking an easy and supportive recruitment experience.

I was contacted by People Group with a vacancy that was of interest to me. Tilly Day was the representative and I cannot say how professional and great she was through the whole process!!! The vacancy was for Construction Support Manager on Docklands Light Railway.
The interviews were set up quickly via teams and these both went very well as I have been in the job for nearly 3 months now!!
The rates secured were also good and again, I cannot find enough words to thank Tilly with all her help with this!!!

Fantastic! People Group genuinely feel like they want what is best for you. Cannot recommend them enough.

Christian Moffatt from People Group called me in 2021 regarding a job opportunity that was an ideal fit for me. I was really impressed that he remembered me from 10 years earlier when our paths crossed on the London 2012 Olympics and recruitment process from 1st interview to 1st day on the job was made very easy. I would highly recommend the services provided by People Group.

This is was my first experience with People Group and I was very happy with the entire process. Anca was really helpful and the onboarding process was straightforward . The job that I was assigned suited my abilities and I'm glad I was able to work for Mace.
