To be honest I don't normally bother with this........ But I think its only fair to mention the professionalism and customer service level I received when applying for a loan. My account handler actually sounded like she knew what she was talking about!!...... which was quite refreshing and very informative for a change !!!....She explained everything in laymen terms so it was easy and stress free experience..., also impressed by the updated correspondence throughout the process. After a few attempts she managed to secure the loan I required for a surprisingly good APR !!Pegasus deserves credit for the experience and deserve the 5 star from me . PAG ....Reading

Easy to deal with staff
Easy to deal with staff took all the hassle out of the job and did a great job throughout and not at all pushy .
A nice touch at the end was the thank you note from the person I had been dealing with to say thank you for my custom and wished me well with my new boat.
