Disappointed
Fast to respond and seemed knowledgeable but my enquiry was passed on to another company who passed it on again to another company who basically knew nothing about my purchase. Pretty disappointed as I was recommended to use the service by my local marina - just seems an opportunity for them to sell on whatever leads and details they can rather than actually arrange the finance. Best avoided and get lower rates with a straight forward remortgage or secured bank loan.
They have replied - so the details were passed on to Norton (who I had to go through all the process financial data again) and then to Norwich where I had to go through the whole scenario again. Just seems odd and somewhat frustrating that I had to keep giving my personal details financial access to again and again. I basically could have just Googled various companies myself I thought going through an expert broker I would get a level of service. much like using a mortgage broker. but it seems Pegasus are only interested in passing on my data.

At Pegasus Finance, we never sell customer data to any third party. Our aim is always to match customers with the most suitable lender for their needs. In your case, your application was referred to Norwich Trust, a lender we occasionally work with for boat finance. I’m unsure why they were unable to assist you, as they do finance boats, but I appreciate how frustrating this must have been.
