This company has extremely false advertising. They claim “special technology” to allow their cotton nappies not to leak - this is 100% untrue, they leak as any cotton pants would. They also advertise a 30 day “risk-free try” period in which you can try and if you don’t like the products, get your money back. This is also 100% untrue as their small print states you can only have your money back if you return the products unused. In the UK this would be illegal as the products have been falsely advertised and are not fit for purpose under the consumer act. I hope in Australia they have the same protections for those that will need them.

Been multiple times now with my son, daughter in law & grandchildren, it’s been phenomenal every time always go into real detail of the scan, always made us feel welcome and relaxed, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to find out if there baby is healthy and kicking!

Awful service, when I wrote to complain, I was met with such unprofessionalism and rudeness. There gesture of goodwill to return for a free scan. I just wasted money doing this for an unpleasant and insensitive experience.
The sonographer asked my partner for his consent for an internal scan, addressed my partner and spoke to my partner about it all, not once looking at me or considering how I may be feeling. This body is my body and nobody but I consent. The images were poor and unclear, no actual images of my baby.
Disgusting behaviour from within the scanning room and also from the director. Would never recommend such a horrendous and worrying experience, or wish this on anymore.
Where you should be met with kindness and consideration in such a sensitive clinic, this was completely absent.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. After paying £80 to book in for an appointment at 1.15pm, I was finally seen at 2.20pm. By that point, the waiting room was crammed with expect mothers on the verge of wetting themselves because some of them had been waiting 3 hours for their appointments. Naturally, with it being a weekday, I’d expected to be in and out of my 15 minute appointment by 1.45pm - which was taking in during my lunch break at work. After waiting over an hour, I was taken into my scan when unfortunately the baby was the wrong way round to scan, which of course I know is not their fault. However, they then recommended that I go and walk around and come back in 15 mins. I asked the ladies whether getting scanned again in 15 minutes would even be possible, as I could see the waiting room was yet again FULL of other women who had been waiting hours for their scans. To which she replied, it would be more like an hour. That would have left me away from work for going on 3 hours. I went to reception to rebook for another day, to which they could not give me an appointment for next week after 5 (as I was not prepared to potentially spend yet another 3 hours unpaid from work at lunch) and my partner is away the week after… by which point I would be 32 weeks pregnant and would likely not be able to see anything anyway by that point. In that case, I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere and rebook, at that point I was told that they would not refund me. I was then told after numerous calls with ‘management’ who were asked to come downstairs to talk to me, but never appeared, that I could have a £30 refund. So, after waiting over an 1 hour for my appointment, trying to rebook and sort this for a further 1 hour because of their poor time keeping I was told my money was being withheld even though the could not and will not at any point be able to honour my appointment. WARNING this is clearly not the first time this has happened, as they have put in the T&Cs that they make you sign before you go in, that there is no full-cancellation refunds against your time slot. My argument was that my time slot was not honoured so therefore that null and voids the T&Cs. BAD SERVICE and clearly a money grabbing organisation. I’m stick to my stomach that I was shown the door, 30 weeks pregnant, £80 down with no appointment rebooked, no apology, I had literally paid £80 for the privilege of losing 2/3 hours of work. Absolutely disgusted.

Went for early gender scan at 16 weeks was told boy paid for email photos and video when opened email I recieved someone else's videos and photos , so unproffesional and quick with scan not clear pictures.

The service was really good and was a nice in depth scan. Was able to hear the heart beat and see 4d imaged of my baby. I brought my 2 year old daughter with me and she was treated nicely and rewarded with a sticker. The chaperone was really nice and talkative and made us feel welcome. Thank you

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Don't make the mistake I made by booking this service, would never recommend.

Got told I was having a girl at 19+5 weeks. 1 week later had my 20 week anatomy scan and it was quite obvious it was a boy.

I had an early gender scan on 12/05. They sent us an email with the scan having a text that it is a boy. Today we had the 20week scan today at the hospital that it is a girl !!! They shouldn't give the confirmation if they are not sure what they are doing. Very bad experience as we had a gender reveal party already.

My partner had a fertility scan 3 weeks ago. The service received from Dr Rahman, Sonographer, was the worst I have witnessed. She was unprofessional, rude and delivered what was awful news in an abrupt and lacked any empathy.. simply saying ‘not good, no fertility’. We have since been for scans since and see professionals who have discounted Dr Rahman’s report for being wholly inaccurate. My wife has complained and requested a full refund but we have not received and communication. I would not recommend to anyone. On hind site there is a lot of the same negative feedback.

DO NOT BOOK here, I came for a fertility scan and the sonographer was so rude and insensitive which is unbelievable when she’s dealing with such sensitive topics and areas. She didn’t even say hello or introduce herself and how she communicated the results was awful. I was told ‘Not good’ when she was doing the scan and that my follicles all looked polycystic. Her English was not good and she didn’t explain anything well. I was so shocked as I’d had two NHS US scans 2/3 months ago and nothing was picked up which PCOS would have been. I came out so upset and worried as you put your trust in someone and believed her but even the comment on the printed out report and the one I got sent didn’t match up properly. Because of her poor communication and explanations I went and had a private scan elsewhere (paid a lot more) to be told everything was fine and to completely ignore the report I got as it was completely incorrect. The sonographer is incompetent and and was told I had polycystic ovaries when this is incorrect. She is reporting on things she doesn’t know amount. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR A SCAN, you pay get it cheaper than other places but you are getting unprofessional poorly trained sonographers, the fertility specialist I saw was so shocked at her report and couldn’t believe what she’s reported on!I wish I’d read the reviews before I went as there is such a common theme!!!!

Staff at the reception was nice but i booked an early pregnancy scan which was done in 2minutes or less I was told there was a heart beat but was not even able to hear it (I’m 11weeks) she just to 3 picture in 2 minutes and doesn it.

I had all my scan done on this place and they never found out my baby problems .she had a surgery when she was born they always saying baby hide her feet always every scan .i believed so much on this place really disappointed

I am not happy with service as I went to pelvic scan on Mitcham after work. I was booked by guy in the morning with time as 7.15 pm and I was taken for appointment at 7.30 pm which was shocking as I paid for this service. When I entered and I told about my appointment , they all went shocked and adjusted my appointment to 7.30pm. Additionally, I was told over message to have full bladder for ultrasound and then I will have transvaginal scan. I went their and then I just had transvaginal scan. How much I suffered due to full bladder for scan?.they need to make clear communication. I am not pleased with service as it is private one should be more efficient else I could go for Nhs

Baby early pregnancy scan. Great service friendly staff.

Whilst the members of staff were lovely … I was disappointed overall with my scan, I had a 4d package and while baby was not being very cooperative instead of offering a rescan the sonographer got about 2/3 images at the very most and just edited them in different colours not worth the money at all the video is very poor too as you barely even see baby ontop of this as others have mentioned in order to try and get baby to move the sonographer dug the ultrasound probe into my belly repeatedly and was “wiggling” my belly about which was very uncomfortable

Excellent service. Friendly staff and pictures are super clear. So glad I can to see my little one. Highly recommended ❤️
