Even after they sent 2 separate teams to measure the space for my refrigerator, the item didn’t fit. Then they kept $150, even though it was their incompetence that created the issue. Pure rip off. Customer service was horrendous.

I bought 2 ps5 for my son's and a Nintendo switch i paid cash every time I bought something from them but now I bought a washer and it took a long time to get delivered when it finally came it came dented I waited so lone that it made me sick they didn't help me get a discount or something they suck and I will never get nothing from them again

I have been a satisfied P.C. Richard’s customer for many years having purchased several appliances & TVs.
On the most recent purchase of a washing machine I encountered my first problem caused by 2 lazy installers due to a small, but NOT impossible work space. Their refusal to disconnect the washer, caused me to call my plumber to disconnect the machine which took him all of 1 twist of a wrench. Now to the bright side of my story. This morning a new installer, Gocha, arrived with a helper. Gocha confirmed what my plumber stated…he could have disconnected the old machine. Gocha proceeded to organize the old machine’s removal & installation of the new machine, doing 85% of the work himself. He did a quick test run on the machine and completed the job with complete efficiency, professionalism and pleasantry. He is a positive asset to P.C. Richard’s!!!!

Tengo 2 meses por arreglar mi nevera de la cual le puse un seguro por 5 años y aún no resuelven. Han venido 2 técnicos y nada pasa. Pésimo trato

I had a dishwasher delivered and paid for installation. Delivery arrives, installer tells me it’s another $150 CASH only to install or we’re taking the machine back because the valve doesn’t completely turn off, we’re not allowed to leave the dishwasher. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Then the driver says to me, we will only charge you $50. INSTALLER SAYS it would cost you $600 to fix valve. The most Ridiculous thing he could say. I sent an email and follow up with a phone call. Someone calls me and said will call you tomorrow with more information and never calls back if I could give this -5 stars I would. Delivery service is ridiculous. They really don’t care about the customer!!!

My wife and I purchased a very expensive refrigerator from P C Richard at their store in Whippany.
First i will say the refrigerator is excellent and was delivered as promised and installed very professionally.
BUT..... during the negotiation for this appliance, we were offerred free delivery and installation and a $300 gift card. But we started to leave as it was still higher than we wanted to pay.
The GM came by and upped the offer to and $800 gift card if we would extend our warranty to cover it. We agreed.
Well, shame on me for not requesting this in writing as we received the $300 gift card and when we questioned this, we received very sweet double talk. Please come in and i will show you. I declined.

So, great product but ......... you judge..

Bought a dishwasher and was told that the front panel would be removed and reinstalled on new one. Told me the day prior to delivery that they wouldn't do that. Sent the wrong dishwasher and it wasn't realized until after the install. They sent me one for handicapped person. Had to come back another time. Next dishwasher was faulty and flooded my space under it. They did nothing to help with that. Sent the next dishwasher and the installer broke my new instant hot water heater and they did absolutely nothing. I was so calm and patient through the process and they did nothing! Didn't replace it or help me with it. I went back and forth with their customer service people for three months and no-one would help. It was absolutely awful and I will NEVER use or recommend them again. I live in an affluent area and I have told everyone that I can not to use them. AWFUL

NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE BRICK AND MORTAR LOSERS. ALL HAIL AMAZON. BUY A NEW AC. NOT COOLING ENOUGH. DOESNT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BUYING.

My refrigerator stopped working on July 4th. A service guy came to look at the fridge on July 7th and had to order a part which was in stock that same day. I was scheduled for service on July 14th and no one showed. When I called customer service once the service window time passed, I was first told he was delayed and when I called again they said he never showed for work and I was rescheduled for today July 17th. I never received a second confirmation notification with the time window, so I called Customer service again. Now I am told that the service person is still not available and have been rescheduled for Monday 7/20. I find it hard to believe he is the only service person is all of Connecticut. I have been without a fridge for 2 weeks now. Whomever is in charge of dispatch should be fired. I am also selling my house and this fridge must be fixed ASAP! I have now given up 3 days to wait around at home and now have to wait on Monday again. I should be billing PC Richards for my time.

I was again today impressed with the service provided by Milton at your 23st location. He is by far the most professional of any sales associate I have dealt with. Not only does he know the ins and outs of the products but he works with me on the ins and outs of my situation: what’s my exact space capacity, my electrical or water hookup etc. if there’s any doubt he asks for a picture or an email all to avoid a costly mistake. I leave the store with full confidence in what I’ve purchased. Plus the man is a gentleman always pleasant to work with!

We had Ibrahim. He was very attentive., answered all our questions…. We were looking for a washer and found the right one. Cynthia Peter

bought LG refrigerator LF25H6200S model. Doors don't open fully, shelves not fully adjustable, no water dispenser. Big mistake. Could not exchange for different model.

We have used PC RICHARD for all our appliances and TV. We have always requested having Joe Ruggiero, now in the New Hyde Park store as the person we want to help us. He is, and has been, so helpful in choosing our appliances, tv, and mattress. A very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant person who we would highly recommend to everyone to use in anything you want to buy at PC Richards.

I worked with Charles at the Danbury location. He assisted my wife and me with information on the products we needed for our our rental properties. Great service at a reasonable price with quality products. I highly recommend PC Richards and the entire team at the Danbury store for their service and wide variety of products they provide.

I had the worst experience buying from PC Richards. I ordered a portable washing machine. I told them that I needed it installed before they left so I knew it worked. The installation person told me the piece didn’t fit that connected to my sink. This caused me to run around to two different stores, and finally a plumbing store told me that the part did fit. The installation person just wanted to get out of doing the job.
Also, they advertise their washing machines comes with 6 foot hoses and they’re charging extra for that. In fact, the hoses come with the machine and they’re only 4 feet. They don’t even have 6 foot hoses in stock. They told me to go out and look for them myself, and they offered me a discount. Then I noticed that the bottom plate was missing on the washer. I asked them to send it to me and they said they don’t have one. If you look on their website, they’re still advertising their washers coming with 6 foot hoses and they’re still charging extra for hoses that you actually get with the machine. It’s the water inlet hoses. What a mess after this experience, I will never buy from PC Richards again. I hope the owner of the store reads these reviews because they used to have a good name and the employees are destroying it.

I ordered a new Samsung /washer dryer, model # WD53DBA900HY and drawer for a total of $3826.64 and it took forever to get an answer from PC Richards, finally I called again today, and they said that they do not have it in that color, so I cancelled the order, the problem is they take up to three days to refund my $3826.64 back.
Also had issues with a new Samsung 85" tv, two delivery guys show up and did not install it, all they had to do is to place four screws and place it on the TV wall mount.

I purchased a high end washing machine with a pedestal. They never told me that you needed a 220 outlet when I purchased it. The delivery service when they took my old machine threw the old hose on my floor and water went all over the place and they did not clean it up. They also did not take the box that the machine came in with them. I went back to the store to get a refund and to purchase another machine which cost more money. I spoke to the sales associate about the delivery service and they told me they were supposed to take the garbage with them. When they delivered the new machine the store wrote the order incorrectly because they need an installation truck so they left the new machine with the pedestal on my carport and told me I have to wait for the installation truck. They also double downed on they do not take the empty box. I told them what the store said and they told me they were wrong. They did take that box I can only guess they realized I was going to call the store. I have purchased things from this store for years and never had an issue. I have no idea what has happened to them but I will never deal with them again. Update: My delivery was at 7 am. It is now 3pm and they have yet to come back to my house to install the washing machine that has been sitting outside since then. Both corporate and the store manager were annoyed that I even called them about this. I will never purchase anything from them again

Never ever again. I ordered a refrigerator about two weeks ago. Last week the emailed me to schedule my delivery. I scheduled delivery for Saturday. Friday night I get two emails with two different delivery time frames. So basically they were coming anytime between 8am-2pm ok fine I’ll wait. Saturday morning I clean out the garage for the fridge and wait. At 9:28am I get a phone call from the driver saying he’ll be there in 10min. I’m thinking this is perfect I still have the entire day to go to the pool. At 10:30am hasn’t shown. I tried calling and texting the delivery guy but he shut his phone off. Weird. By noon I try reaching out to customer service via phone no answer. I email multiple times as the website says they answer customer service emails on Saturday. What a joke they never responded. At 3pm I call customer service again and this time I get a rude gentlemen who first tried telling me my order wasn’t ready to be scheduled to be delivered and I’m mistaken. No sir I have to proof of emails and the cell phone number of your driver. Then he changes his tune telling me it’s a warehouse error and the fridge is still in Long Island. He then proceeds very rudely to tell me “what do you want me to do, not my fault they screw up, things happen.” He offered me $50 refund and he would reschedule for Thursday as he said there was no one way to get the fridge before then. Fine whatever I guess I’ll wait. After I hang up with him about ten minutes later I get emailed a receipt for a refund he had cancelled the order!!!!! Obviously spiteful and I wish I had gotten his name. What did I do next? Went on Lowe’s website and they had the same fridge ready for next delivery. So I got my
Fridge from Lowe’s on time without incident. I always went with PC cause the fridge was a $100 cheaper. Never again. The fact you have to wait three weeks for a fridge that Lowe’s had 1,000 in stock for next day delivery mixed with the awful customer service I can see how this company is on the brink of bankruptcy.
