Popped into a new estate agents on church street, Partridge homes. I thought i'd see what was on offer as i was looking to rent a property . I was impressed with the informal but very professional response i got. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Our experience of buying a property on Bibury Road with Partridge Homes will be one that we will never forget. The company, particularly Paul, was very supportive, proactive, and professional at all times. We really felt that he was doing everything in ihis power to solve any difficulty as it arose. Thank you so much for your relentless efforts to make this happen for us. We really appreciate your honesty and dedication and know that we would not be moving in today without you.

Used them to sell our house as they seemed fairly priced and family run business.
They overvalued our property, kept sending random viewers without mortgage in principle, if they turned up at all... Wasted precious months because of them..
We kept being tossed over to the office junior who did not have a clue and lied to us on several occasions. Constant chasing for months caused us a lot of stress and distress...

At no point did we feel valued or looked after at all properly.

They took their money without a word, without a thank you in the end.

Would not recommend at all.

As we are not fans of estate agents in general after previous bad experiences we started the process in trepidation after a recommendation from a friend.

The agents have been really great. They are always friendly and ready to deal with any problems. They have been my rental agents for some time and I have had no problems with the tenants they found for me. I have also used them to sell 2 properties and both have gone through smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Helpful and friendly throughout, during what was at times, a rather drawn out affair.
