I decided to use Partridge homes to sell my property as they had always done an excellent job Managing my property when I rented it out. The service they gave through out the sale was first class, both efficient and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

We had the house valued on the Wednesday, we were talked through exactly what the value of the house was and what about the house, area, and amenities made it worth that much.
On the Thursday we agreed to put it on the market with Partridge Homes, our first viewing came on Friday. We had a viewing Tuesday, and two on Wednesday. Both viewers on Wednesday offered asking price and we accepted.
It took 7 days from putting the home on the market, to agreeing a sale.

Throughout the sale, Partridge Homes were extremely open about what was happening in each step, and were on top of the solicitors every day to make sure things were moving along.

Good value for money, thoughtful and proactive service with good communication.

10/10 Service. I was attempting to sell my property in Solihull that had been on the market with another Agent with little success. I was highly recommended to Paul Partridge to discuss the potential of renting rather than selling. He managed to Let my property for £4950PCM, this was £1000+ more than another agent I engaged with. I currently have a well known sports player in my property who I must say is a superb tenant despite playing for a Team I do not like haha.
