I subscribed today to what was supposed to be Parentaler and after payment I find out that it isn't Parentaler but Mspy. I contacted mspy to try to get a refund and they really really don't wanna give me a refund. All they did was say they had to escalate the mattrr to their billing department. I then left a message with the Parentaler people and they won't be getting back to me for two or 3 days! All of this mess took place in the time span of like 10 min. I'm not very optimistic about getting a refund. This is completely bogus! It's deceptive marketing on the part of Parentaler and bad business!!! Do not use this company. I'm so disappointed because whatever Parentaler claims to be on their site actually looks great! Too bad it seems to be an all out scam.

I must admit I enjoy this app certain obstacles that they need to fix like the data option and I don't have that device I cannot monitor unless I switch on that option. But I can only do that when I have the device with me sometimes I have issues connecting to the device.

Wow! Pretty amazing and very accurate. I love that u can watch through the camera discreetly and listen to the audio as well. I love this app. It does what it says it can do. Very impressed

Very good app. But there is need to improve in screen mirroring. It always asks to grant permission on kids device which is impossible as they are far from parents

Very good luv it.The screen cast notification on the child phone makes a problem in discreetly looking on the screen, when the notification is shown the child cancels it so no screen images can be seen.

DO NOT USE THIS IS A SCAM!

Doesn’t work with iPhone even though it advertises this they have taken £120 out my bank and I don’t even have any use of anything refused to refund want me to download a third party I’m trying to report to bank as fraud

Dopo la loro risposta qui su trustpilot, ho scritto loro un email il 27 settembre chiedendo se fosse possibile ricevere un rimborso, perchè dopo un mese e mezzo senza ricevere risposte, avevo provveduto ad acquistare un altro parental control..non è colpa mia se non mi hanno attivato il p.c.
NESSUNA RISPOSTA.reinviato l email a più indirizzi (billing, refund, ecc.)MA PIU' RICEVUTO NE' RISPOSTE NE' TANTOMENO RISARCIMENTI!!!!!

AGGIORNAMENTI: Dopo la loro risposta di 7 giorni fa :'Purtroppo, non possiamo procedere con la tua richiesta di rimborso poiché contraddice la Politica di rimborso di mSpy. Il reparto fatturazione di mSpy approva la richiesta solo se ci sono problemi tecnici con il software, che non possiamo risolvere.'
NON C'è PIU' STATO MODO DI CONTATTARLI E NON HO PIù RICEVUTO IL SOFTWARE PER IL PARENTAL CONTROL...CREDO PORPRIO CHE SIA UNA TRUFFA E NON RIVEDR0' PIù I MIEI 126 EURO.

Ho acquistato parentaler il giorno 14 agosto, da allora non ho ancora ricevuto il link per scaricarlo.Ho inviato più messaggi (purtroppo l assistenza non esiste, c'è solo la possibilità di scrivere attraverso il form della pagine internet -.Ho ricevuto solo una risposta in cui mi chiedevano di inviare lo screen shot del pagamento, e i primi e ultimi numeri della mia carta.
Da allora più nulla, ho chiesto (sempre tramite form) di avere il rimborsso.Più nulla.
Non so come andrà a finire, ma a prescindere, un sito che vende qualcosa e che pubblicizza servizio clienti dovrebbe avere almeno un recapito telefonico o una live chat per essere contattati. Non sottoscrivetelo.
E' difficilissimo metterssi in contatto con loro e in caso di richiesta di rimbrso non si sa che fare e se verrà risarcito ( 80 euro + Iva= 126 euro x 12 mesi)

With this software I feel my children safe using the smartphone. Very nice control panel with lot of options of control. Also the customer support is great, fast communication and problem solving. 5 stars ⭐️

Very accurate description of the service and very good service

Parentaler is a complete scam! Parentaler site says all of what you “need” to do but as soon as you purchase, it says you purchased MSpy & not even on that website. So obviously they figured out a way to taking scamming to another level!

Parentaler and mSpy have proven to be deeply unsatisfactory in their service delivery. Their complete absence of meaningful customer support, instead resorting to automated replies, is exasperating. Their actions indicate a deceptive scheme; promising a comprehensive package yet failing to provide even the basic capabilities equivalent to what my iPhone offers in tracking my child's phone. What's more, they painful is that they charged me three months in advance, an unmistakable sign of their fraudulent practices.

9/20/24 - Update: I was told in the reply that someone contacted me regarding this problem and that I have yet to get back to them. I never received a message from them. I should be entitled to a refund, since your service never worked. Original: Parentaler is connected with mSpy, both are horrible. No customer service, just an auto bot. Never got a login or told how to install this. I am glad I didn't. I used mSpy over a year ago and it broke my sons phone because it messes with the software and can't be fixed by our provider. If I had known Parentaler was linked to them I never would have tried them. I have asked for a refund the same day, and several days since. Now it's now been a week, no contact and no refund. I will have to cancel my card just to make sure they don't hit me again for a charge. Lesson learned they are a scam.
