Scam. Has processed my card information and taken payment without setting anything up. TrustPilot need to do a bit more due diligence about what is going on here.

My wife insisted on trying this software and now I see how important it is. Monitoring kids in the digital age isn’t spying—it’s a necessity.

Parentaler helped me notice in time that my son was being cyberbullied. We were able to talk and resolve the situation. I highly recommend it to all parents.

The “keyword alert” feature saved us from a serious problem. My daughter was searching for concerning topics online, and we were able to talk before things got worse.

24/7 support is amazing! I had some questions during setup, and they helped me right away. Great customer service!

This is very definately a scam. I paid for it and tried to download the software, which didn’t work. When I contacted them they said it was my fault but that they could do it for me if I paid them more. I said no, as it should have worked and I wanted it to work or have a refund. They then said they would give me a free telephone spyware code - which sounded even dodgier. They then said they had given me the account email (they hadn’t) and disconnected from the chat. Each time they chat person what ‘David Cooper’ clearly an umbrella name. I’ve got photos of the chat. Don’t touch them with a barge pole, it’s definitely a scam.

Updated - thanks for your response, however I have sent you a number of emails about this and you haven’t replied (although you are still sending me marketing emails). So I’m not sure what else I can do to get in touch with you.

We needed an app to have a better insight in our 11 years online activity after reading reviews We thought it sounded like the right one we needed.
UNTIL trying to pay for the monthly subscription my bank blocked my card when the bank called me they asked if two payments of 32.93 had been made by myself explain that is should be one payment they then told the same payments were displayed as two different companies none of which came up as parentaler or anything like it so this is obviously not right and as for trying to take two payments has completely put me off trying this app just a warning to other parents

I love this app as it allows my friends and I to share our locations with each other while also providing awesome extras depending on your subscription. I have the gold membership and some extras include phone theft, road side assistance, speed limit and crash collision detection for yourself and others, and towing all included with the membership and it's definitely helped me out of some crappy situations !I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who drives or has loved ones who drive !

We love this app so much! It's really helpful with my long distance driving for work. My only want out of this app is a tractor icon keeps showing my husbands riding his bike in the fields and it's rather hilarious (if I can pick a colour red!)

This app has completely calmed my anxiety of not knowing what my bf is doing. I no longer have doubts about him and we r able to live a happy life knowing we r loyal and faithful to each other

My daughter's car broke down on the side of the road and she didn't know where she was deep in the country. I used Parentaler to locate her and reassure her that I was 14 minutes away. Parentaler is a great security tool and I highly recommend it

I had a local stalker that spent 2 years trying to mess with me - I got this app when I moved in with my bf and omg, if I wouldn't have had it, he wouldn't have known where I was at that time!

Our whole family uses this app. We have 7 people in our family and being able to see where everyone is, is so helpful and gives us peace of mind. Would definitely recommend it to people with kids!

If I could give this 0 stars then I would! I so wish I'd read reviews first. Advertised as a parental supervision app that works across apple and android devices- click "try now" and you actually get spyware called "My Spy" which corrupts devices. Then I'm informed that I've been charged TWICE!! Contacted the customer service team who have been ABSOLUTELY appalling, refused to give a refund even though I was well within the 14 day limit, and the spyware is clearly not as described and doesn't work. Back and forth emailing with constant refusals to give a refund, I got one refund eventually because I raised a dispute with my credit card insurance company, still waiting on the second one. Do NOT even BOTHER with this "app" and company, absolutely useless, a complete scam, corrupts devices and terrible customer service! They tell you to "reconsider their other support options"- I have! They're all complete and utter rubbish!

Bought for monitoring a childs iPad. The software for iOS only appears capable of tracking location. All other features appear to be absent. Requested a refund. Twice. No response so far.

They are dishonest in their name and what their app includes. I was told over chat that I would receive 50% off my year subscription, which they did not apply. After I had paid the full amount, I realized it was spyware, and my phone alerted me that the application I was trying to download could corrupt my phone, and the phone it was connecting to. When I went back to chat to get help, they tired to offer me other services instead of refunding my money. Then they said they would refer me to their billing department within 5 to 7 business days, which is convenient because that's the time limit when your bank can no longer cancel the transaction.

Really wish I read these reviews before purchasing. Very misleading and disappointing.
