It’s a perfect match! I’m so very impressed! I own a 1999 Harley Davidson. Aztec Orange Pearl is the name of the color on my bike and you nailed it. After applying your touch up paint, I found the bottle from Harley Davidson, you know the bottle with their logo. Your match is better than theirs. Thank you very much! Awesome work!

Paintscratch had the exact color - the color code was provided by BMW. BMW was supposed to get us a small supply of this paint when we bought the car a year ago; they don't have it!

Quality seems good, shipping was slow but my primary issue is their website and follow through service. Ordered Pens for three of my cars with one being a completely different shade based on the color selector they use on their web site for the year make and model. They admitted that their system is incorrect and that I should have ignored their website. They never offered to make it right or honor their guarantee.

I received my order and already used the brush and pen. They match great and the pen works great on the small chips that I had.

Ordering was easy. I wasn't sure of the correct color to buy, and the customer support folks were very responsive. Paint arrived quickly, and now my car looks like new!

I submitted an order but received a system error saying that the order could not be processed due to their server problem. I chose not to contact them via email. I assumed my order did not go through since I did not receive an order confirmation or subsequent shipping or tracking information. I decided to order from a different company. Surprise! On July 30th I received the order that supposedly did not process. When I contacted the company asking for a full refund and a prepaid shipping label,they claimed that their emails may have gone to spam folder, (not their problem) which they didn't, so they can't refund the paint because it is custom mixed (not really, a standard manufacture color). Very frustrating since I never actually thought I ordered from them and now can't get my money refunded.

Great match. Good value for the clear coat, paint, rubbing compound and micro cloth. Speedy delivery too.

I have ordered paint to match my truck from 2 other websites and the matches were too dark. I got the exact color match from paint scratch.

I'm just warning people not to buy paint from this company they are the worst company ever I ordered Gray paint from this company on their chart it shows its Gray they sent me Brown instead this is very funny they asked me to send a paint sample I don't have any paint that's why I'm ordering it from them and then they would send me the right color would not return my money would not send me the right color of paint would not send me a return slip had to go through my credit card company to get my money back they should have corrected their mistake or gave me my money back

Very informative website, loaded with information that makes the job go easy, even for an amateur to get good results. Ordering process easy and the order shipped within a reasonable amount of time. Entirely satisfied with the whole interaction.

I received all the materials and VIN matched paint for my son's car. At first I was disappointed because no instructions were included. The next day or two I was sent an email with all the appropriate videos. I am not a super green guy but I see how this saves on paper and weight in the long haul. I am very happy with this product and it's support.

I own a Kia EV9, with Ivory Silver paint. After only a year, Kia stopped selling the touch-up pen for this color. Paintscratch was able to make a pen with paint that perfectly matched the factory paint. Would highly recommend...especially for any car when OEM touch-up products are no longer available.

If you need the paint kit in a timely manner, you may want to try another company. Took 27 days to receive my order and I sold the car in the meantime. Tried to return the paint, but they only accept a partial return.

Paint match was perfect as I knew the color name on a 2024 vehicle.
The only improvement would be to ship via FedEx or any other way than USPS as it took very long to get as I tracked shipment. The US postal service took way too long to ship and deliver.

Color matched perfectly, and after some careful, clearcoat and sanding, it looked almost brand new. Made me feel like a professional.

2000 Honda Civic, hood's clear coat was peeling. Ordered 2 cans of PaintScratch base, clearcoat. 1st can of Paint Scratch applied with no problems. 2nd can PaintScratch lost compressed air and sputtered paint over the coats I applied with first can. E-mailed PaintScratch on 3 different occasions. Every E-mail, just a standard reply, not even reading my problem with their product. Due to the defective 2nd can, had to sand and primer hood all over again. PaintScratch would only send out 1 can in place of the defective can. Problem is it takes 2 cans to totally cover my hood. So, if you ever have problems with their base paints, their customer service/support will not support you and even call you. Had to reach out to Spectral Paints (Amazon) with my issue, to their credit, they were able to assist. Going to dispute my order from Paint Scratch with Visa.

Everything from ordering to application was excellent! I tried two other places that sent the totally wrong/different colors...I placed two decent sized orders and they were spot on, I couldn't be happier with my experience. shipping/packaging were excellent. I am so happy with your product and the clear website communication throughout the process, very easy to see where your order was. I won't hesitate to use you all again, my "go to" for paint for sure.
