Color matched perfectly, and after some careful, clearcoat and sanding, it looked almost brand new. Made me feel like a professional.

2000 Honda Civic, hood's clear coat was peeling. Ordered 2 cans of PaintScratch base, clearcoat. 1st can of Paint Scratch applied with no problems. 2nd can PaintScratch lost compressed air and sputtered paint over the coats I applied with first can. E-mailed PaintScratch on 3 different occasions. Every E-mail, just a standard reply, not even reading my problem with their product. Due to the defective 2nd can, had to sand and primer hood all over again. PaintScratch would only send out 1 can in place of the defective can. Problem is it takes 2 cans to totally cover my hood. So, if you ever have problems with their base paints, their customer service/support will not support you and even call you. Had to reach out to Spectral Paints (Amazon) with my issue, to their credit, they were able to assist. Going to dispute my order from Paint Scratch with Visa.

Everything from ordering to application was excellent! I tried two other places that sent the totally wrong/different colors...I placed two decent sized orders and they were spot on, I couldn't be happier with my experience. shipping/packaging were excellent. I am so happy with your product and the clear website communication throughout the process, very easy to see where your order was. I won't hesitate to use you all again, my "go to" for paint for sure.

I ordered two cans of spray paint to fix a surface scratch. I can’t speak to whether its a good product because the nozzles were snapped off upon arrival, but I can speak to their terrible customer service. I attempted to process a return on their website and instead of addressing the problem I described, they responded with a delivery notification email confirming I received the broken cans. I tried to respond to that email to clarify that wasn’t what I needed, and was told to go back to their website to fill out the same form about the problem I was having. So I tried again, and nobody ever responded. Ive tried four times to get someone to talk to me, and they wont. They DID send two new nozzles in the mail after a few weeks, which wasn’t helpful since the original ones were snapped off. Basically, their products are expensive and if you want to return anything they completely ice you out.

I ordered all of the relevant products and watch their videos, but the paint does not match the vehicle. Their support system is terrible and they do not have a Google profile because they do not want the public reviewing them on a broad platform. They do not offer refunds and they will dodge around any issue by referring you back to email and never resolving your problem. Terrible company do not use them.

They sold me aerosol paint that doesn’t match my car color at all and they also don’t refund. Fake company. I have to go to court for refund.

I bought the Full paint kit from this company and prepped my car, painted with the primer coat. Then, when I went to use the paint base coat the can was almost empty and would not spray anything. All I asked for was for a replacement basecoat can and i was told I can always reorder another one thru their website. They don't back their product. I am sure they will reply with we will look into this like they did another post with the same issue.

I ordered pain & clear coat from you guys painted my suburban then put on your clear coat which pretty much ruined the paint job. E mailed you and was told you received a bad batch of clear coat in the spring ( would have been nice to know) anyway your guy said he could refund the clear coat and never even mentioned all the extra work I will have to do to make it right ??
