We’re on a mission to fix the broken coffee industry. Due to the traditional complex supply chain, many farmers live in poverty while others profit on the erratic commodity market.
We go straight to some of the world’s best coffee farmers and put out unnecessary middlemen. So we can give those that make the coffee a price that’s truly fair. In 2022, it was, on average, 76% above the Fairtrade base price.
We can avoid the commodity market because all of this coffee is speciality-grade (the very best). Once it’s in the UK, it’s roasted fresh in Surrey just before it’s delivered to you. Because nothing beats freshly roasted coffee.
How does it work?You can buy on a one-off basis from our online store or subscribe & save. Our subscriptions are as flexible as it gets – you can skip, cancel, pause or reschedule at the touch of a button online. And you can have coffee delivered as much as every two days to every two months.
Is it environmentally friendly?Our roastery is carbon-neutral, and we introduced fully recyclable packaging in 2023. We’re also a certified B Corp, which means we’re recognised as using business as a force for good. To read more, have a look at our transparency report.
Do I have to pay for delivery?Claim free delivery when you Subscribe & Save or spend £15. Other orders incur a £2.49 delivery fee.
Is there much choice?We expect to have around 200 coffees from eight different countries on our menu in 2023 – and we’re always looking to work with more farmers.

Terrible service, good coffee
The most annoying vendor of grocery products ever. I just want the same coffee every month and that seems to be too hard or they are just wanting to push crappier stuff I don't want at the expense of getting the coffee I actually want. Coffee, is good but in all other respects they are trash!
UPDATE: Pact’s reply says it all really. Transmitting about what they do, not listening to what their customers want.
UPDATE 2: Account now set up by Pact so I get the coffee I want without going on a quest. Unwanted coffee not charged for. Thank you.

Not pleased with the service at all for a small/medium business your offering and customer support should be incredible. i made an order and made a mistake on it and emailed them immediately after i did the order to cancel it and there was no flex on returning this or stopping the order from being fulfilled. not a good customer experience will not be ordering this coffee again.

This is a company with one of those 'smart' marketing functions that thinks scamming people into subscriptions is clever.
Well you just lost a customer and if I can help it, you will lose many more.

Throughout the sign-up process, we clearly explain that our service is subscription-based, including details of how deliveries work, how often coffee is sent, and how subscriptions can be managed, paused, or cancelled at any time.
Our goal has never been to mislead customers into subscriptions, but rather to provide a flexible coffee service that delivers freshly roasted coffee on a schedule that suits each customer. Short sighted customer service
Bourbon Coffee great taste, but when purchasing through an iphone, it wasn't clear that the subscription would send you a different coffee to the one you ordered originally the next time it came.
I queried this and most companies for the sake of a bag of Coffee would simply accept that its not particularly clear and send you the right coffee, and collect the wrong one which is unopened.
Customer service were not particularly helpful and were only interest in showing that it was clear if you follow a certain path in the process which is not how i ordered. I re tried the path I took originally through the site and it was not clearly shown, and still isnt.
As a business i think its quite short sighted of them, I buy a 1kg of coffee every 3 weeks or so and have done for 6 + years, and moved to Pact as I heard good things about the Bourbon blend.
The Customer service stance of not solving or acknowledging the issue means that I will now be reverting back to my previous supplier which is a shame.

Worst coffee company and customer service EVER 🚩
I was looking foward to having this coffee subscription so I signed up but did not receive a confirmation email so I had to email them that was red flag number 1.🚩so anyway waiting for my order got a message saying delivered so tried to get in touch with them immediately as it says on there website but no direct number for household customers. Red flag 2 🚩. So after 02030953975 ringing this number about 10 times and nothing I emailed 8 times and herd nothing at all that day🚩 third red flag I thought mabie it a scam. Ended up getting a message from them the next day from a K telling me they had sent it to my old address 306 miles away 🚩 so I asked what happened and she told me because I paid thew a card what was linked to that address they automatically sent it there and was told bye K she couldn’t do anything about it and couldn’t refund me. 🤷🏽♂️ even tho when you sign up you put your address in and they go and you an old address what you didn’t even say they could 🚩. Very strange and never happened to me before yousing this method and I’m a frequent buyer on line. So then went on my account to cancel my subscription and there was no link anywhere so I had to email them AGAIN. then they was asked why I wanted to leave bye one of there online bots very intrusive 🚩. So I have come to the conclusion this company is a joke and would not recommend to anyone ever. And I found K very unprofessional with a deep lack of empathy and should go get a job that suits. Full of red flags. Had to put this back up as they pact coffee had it removed yet another red FLAG 🚩

Our customer service team is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. While we always aim to respond as quickly as possible, enquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed when our team returns to the office. Having reviewed our records, I can confirm that we responded to your enquiry within a reasonable timeframe but unfortunately did not receive a reply.
Regarding your order, payment was made using Apple Pay. The delivery address we received was the address associated with your Apple Pay account at the time of purchase. This address is managed within Apple Pay and is separate from any address held by your bank. We do not have access to your banking information and are unable to retrieve or amend these details on your behalf.
As your order was processed and dispatched using the information provided during checkout, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund in this instance. While we appreciate this is disappointing, the order was fulfilled correctly based on the details submitted at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for errors in delivery information entered during the checkout process.
Our chatbot is designed to provide support when our team is unavailable, helping customers manage their accounts and access assistance outside of office hours. We continually review customer feedback to improve our services and better understand how we can enhance the customer experience.
