The experience went very well. I found most of the things I needed however I couldn't find a 25 foot tubing to put behind my oxygen which made it un-use fall to put my oxygen where it needed to go. I have only a night time need for oxygen now and I don't need to put my the concentrator in the room next to me, so I put it in the basement where it does more good.

FAST service, well packaged and the product looked brand new. I'm very satisfied.

Fast delivery

first O2 generator was bad-vibrating severely & sound. promptly sent a replacement which is A+.

Very responsive to my questions and received the concentrator the same week.

This is my 4th reconditioned concentrator purchase from these folks. The one I recieved failed in less than a week. No problem, they sent another with a return label and I shipped the old one back. QED.

Thanks for the advice on how to clear the colon code.

Oxy concentrator arrived without the plastic tubing and nose piece. Oxygenplus ignored my notice of deficiency and to this day has not supplied the missing part.

Our car charger cord was not working and they replaced it right away with no problems. Grateful for the great service.

This is my third purchase from Oxygen Plus Medical. They provide great service. I have purchased two refurbished home oxygen concentrators and a portable from them. The price was good, the concentrators work great. The items were shipped quickly. All my concentrators were extremely well packed. Definitely will continue to use Oxygen Plus Medical for my oxygen needs

I've ordered a few things now. Everything arrives as expected. Have not had any issues even with items refurbished.

Is order from them again!

Easy to deal with, answered all our questions and very fast shipping. Product arrived as advertised and is working great.

I just recently qualified for home oxygen, and had no real idea of everything involved. All my questions were answered quickly and honestly, and the equipment I purchased is wonderful.

(1) A human replies in the Chat tool. (2) The answers from the HUMAN who replied to my questions helped me select the right unit. (3) The device I bought arrived when expected and works as expected. (4) The refurbished device cost half what a new one costs. I’m hoping it lasts as long. THANK YOU!

Good price, exactly what we were looking for and quick delivery!

I bought a eclispe 5 from this company. The day it arrive I contacted them saying I didn't know how to turn it on. Never heard back from them on any of my emails. Sent a battery that won;t hold a charge.
I am Very unhappy with this company and will never buy from them again,

Great quick service

The Unit (concetrate/compressor) is producing oxygen levels below specs. (about 60% oxygen/other). Need to find out what need scorrecting.
