Actually having someone answer the phone was great imo,Gary was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful in answering my questions and giving guidance as to what would be suitable for my needs.I can't recommend Outdoor Hobbies Ltd enough,far superior to anyone else you can find online. They are a refreshing change from trying to deal with companies that DON'T even bother to actually speak to you, overall a great company to deal with and would happily buy from again.

The first order was lost by the parcel company…without hesitation or a long process my order was re shipped and arrived in a week. Was a present for a relative who’s over the moon with it. Thank Gary for sorting the delivery mess. ❤️

Ordered from quite a way outside the UK (Oceania), was originally hesitant due to the payment method (bank) and order method (email). Gary was a very prompt replier and answered all of my questions, of which many were asked. Promptness and clarity continued when I discovered an issue with my crossbow trigger box after first shooting, which was painlessly resolved. Only issues experienced were a scope listed as unavailable on the website, which was actually in stock, and Gary offering me a separate deal on spare limbs that was more expensive than buying them with the crossbow. As Gary didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need when he had the opportunity, I assume this was simply a mistake. Overall, consistently good communication, reasonably thorough, and no-nonsense. Considering the other UK company I contacted couldn't even follow up (Tactical Archery), I would definitely use Outdoorhobbies again. Solid recommend.

When you call he listens speaks clear and easy to understand. He explains what you need to sell your crossbow on there site gives you the price.your crossbow stays listed until sold no extra charge. Same service as last time but I was buying not selling...Great service***** keep it up .

Spoke to Gary who was very helpful,he gave me great advice and then delivered my order within 24 hrs which was great service I would recommended these guys .

Have been using it to buy a secondhand crossbow, bolts and other accessories. Once the package with bolts arrived damaged and two bolts were missing - looks like bolts gone missing during the delivery process. Garry has sorted out this for me and sent missing two bolts straight away. Great buying experience, great stock and plenty of options to get secondhand crossbows.
