We got a package of formula that was dirty (and previously wet, as it has dirty wiping marks on the box). It also expires in 6 months. I ordered this before from a different shop and it was good for 1.5 years (when I got it) so the package I was sold here was at least on the shelf for a year and in the last 3rd of it's shelf life.

IMHO it is not ok to sell that for full price (given that the box was dirty (even though the actual pouch inside was not compromised) and it was in the last 3rd of it's self life.

I talked to their support and they told me that the shelf life is ok (they sell them down to 6 month of remaining shelf life) and the dirty box is ok too as the pouch inside was not impacted.

I am truly impressed by this company. I am from Europe and, while on vacation in the States, I was ordering baby formula from them because they are one of the very rare companies that offers good Biological European baby formulas (the ingredients offered in American baby formulas are a big NO for me). I received fast, reliable and great service every time! And not only that, at one point I ordered a few boxes, but then had to reschedule my flight and leave the States immediately and could not pick up my order. I explained to the company the situation and they helped me reroute the package back to them, and refunded me the money because they understood that I am not coming back to the States again and I cannot really use any coupons they can offer me. They were absolutely amazing- so fast to respond and so open to provide a solution. i was super happy with their service!

Never received package, seller blames the shipper. Instead of reshipping the order, seller conveniently blames the shipper and deemed the package stolen and is not liable. Now I’m at a loss of time, money , and baby food. Need to buy elsewhere. I have attached the CEO response. Buy at your own risk and don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I am glad I found this site. My baby loves this formula as it mimics the same taste as breastmilk. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times I’ve received my products in 3-4 days.

my baby looooooves the milk. one time we ran out and got a generic organic brand at the local grocery store, and she did not like it. talk about spoiled. =)

I had a great experience with Organic Baby Food Shop. Items arrive on time, and when I had some quesiton about a package, I received a response to my email the same day, within a few hours. Customer service is great! There are many companies out there selling the same products, but their customer service sets them apart. The product was great too.

This is the second time I've ordered. It's been a very easy and convenient experience. Also enjoyed the coupon I was given. The formula is also great. From packaging to the delivery. It's been simple and easy. Thank you for making my experience amazing.

I have ordered from this shop many times and unfortunately was recently sent the wrong formula and it took me sending a message to the Instagram account for a response to email where I was told they did not receive any of my emails to the support team which was untrue. I did forward them my emails sent to them to show I did indeed and still have not gotten a response.

I absolutely love their service and product quality. I have ordered from them frequently and the delivery is always the fastest with this company. I am glad that I can place my order with the ease of knowing it will arrive right on time. Definitely the best!! 👍🏻

Love those formula! The HA formula has helped my baby that suffers from severe eczema. It’s been a whirlwind trying to figure out something that works for her.
If you are looking for a hypoallergenic this would be a great option. The quality and ingredients are superior than to the US.
BUT double check that you’re ordering the correct one. The boxes are names are almost identical!

Easy to show and was delivered quickly. So glad to have access to better quality food for my baby without have to wait for overseas shipping :)

Let me tell you about this shop! They have gone above and beyond every single time I’ve placed an order. The first order I had an issue with UPS and they corrected the issues right away and sent a new package! This is my second time ordering formula (holle stage 2) i will always continue to order from them bc they literally send it the next day!! I am beyond impressed! My experience with Organic food baby store has been amazing. Not only do they send the products out quickly to the customer but they are also incredibly helpful. I have ordered HIPP from them twice now and they were super helpful in guiding me how to use/store it.

I'm glad I found sellers of Hipp formula in US. Price is great, shipping was free and pretty fast. It came with little magnet with instructions of how to prepare formula (useful for dad 😉). I absolutely recommend the product to any mom looking for clean formula and company for fast and reliable shipping!
