I have had a wonderful experience with Organic Baby Food Shop. The product is exactly what it is advertised to be, comes with an English- translated info guide on the ingredients and how it should be rationed, and even comes with a measuring spoon for the formula. They always deliver quickly, which I appreciate considering how slow other deliveries are during this time. My baby is doing really well with the product, too, which was a huge relief because she didn’t do so well on Similac or Enfamil. Highly recommend!!

I truly appreciate their business. I can give them more than 5 stars if I can. There are so many online shopping sites for European formula but It's hard to find a company royal to the customer. During the course of feeding formula to my baby, I had two incidents of lost packages. One I used previously doesn't respond or take responsibility for the missing package. I had to repurchase the formula and pay an additional $100 shipping fee to receive the formula the next day. On top of that, they are supportive up until I purchase the formula and turn around right after.
I panicked when I found out there is another missing package. However, Organic Baby Food Shop respond right away and sent me the new set of formulas while searching for the missing package. It would be ideal not having this incident. But through this experience, I could tell this company is truly thinking about the customers and their families. Needless to say, my baby loves HIPP and I like the ingredients that they used. Because this is for your baby food, I would go for this company where you can trust.

Shipping is extremely fast and the formula is great. Seems to resemble breast milk much more and my baby has become much more regular since switching to this formula.

Both times I have been very impressed with their communication and their absolutely out of this world speed in processing the order and getting it in the mail! I also had my items sitting in the shopping cart for a few hours before checking out and they offered me a discount to encourage me to complete the purchase which was incredible and certainly help me complete it! I was referred to the Organic Baby Food ship by a friend when I was pregnant. I am so happy with how east it is to shop on their site. How fast I get my formula and the amazing rewards program they offer for repeat customers. That in itself makes it worth it for me. I have yet to buy a box of formula without some sort of discount. I have read so many times all over social media how other people’s suppliers are out of their formula but I have never had this issue with organic baby because they warn us of low supply so we know when to order until new shipments come in! I do not have to worry about running out of food for our daughter.
