Massive delays
2 weeks post-order so far, and the item (listed in stock) still has not shipped. After emailing customer service for an update their excuse was they were backlogged and would try to get it out the following week. Do not order from this site if you expect anything delivered within a month.

no reply . Will now make formal complaint to the state consumer affairs and state better business bureau maybe they can help. Such a pity,lovely coins good price,just lousy ethics and service.

50% of items on back order til November?!
I ordered two watches and I have received the cheaper one ($25) but the better watch is on back order until November. Seriously...3 months to get the item I ordered. That seems a bit ridiculous!
Pretty miserable experience
Pretty miserable experience, I had to initiate all communications. Small item were delivered quickly slightly larger items took almost 30 days to be delivered with poor/crappy/non-existent communication from the seller. After 10+ days I questioned what happened, was told I would be getting an update, never received. All I was told was that items were coming from another warehouse. Items were listed in stock when purchased. Saw more emails advertising the same item for sale. Items finally came after almost 30 days directly from the manufacturer. Items were not ordered from the manufacturer 20 days after purchase. Not pleased at all that this information was not forthcoming when questioned. Seems to me that the seller doesn't have all items on hand. This should be noted on the item so I can choose the delay or not. Luckily this wasn't a time sensitive procurement, but if it was I would have been screwed by the lack of communication from the seller.

I wish I never even placed this order. 2 pieces are still not going to be hear till sep 11. 2017. It's 2 weeks after I place the order. So unhappy

OPSGEAR has everything you could need for great prices. Quick service too, which is awesome. Some sites take a week or so to process and ship, while they were only 3 days (Sunday and Labor Day delayed it). Otherwise it would've been out quicker.

Well, I placed an order for a holster, but it didn't process until a week or so later. Once I was finally given a response to an email I sent, the confusion was cleared up. I feel as though I should have been offered a gift or discount of some kind. Still waiting
Absolutely the WORST experience!
Absolutely the WORST experience with a company I have ever dealt with. I placed my order for on July 22 and I have YET to receive my order as of today September 01. It has been over 45 days!
I will NEVER order from this company again and I will NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!
