I ordered new brake pads for my Audi. Unfortunately I didnt order the correct parts. The sales team at Online Automotive took the time to check the details of my vehicle and identified the correct parts. They called me to advise that the correct parts were being dispatched. Excellent service, thank you.

Placed my order, money was taken only to be told 'the compatible part is not yet available on the aftermarket'
Why is it on your website?
It is a part from 2015 so I imagine it is available on the aftermarket.
But fine, cancel my order and refund me.
Two weeks later, still no refund.
So you've had my money for two weeks and I have received neither goods nor services in that time. Disgraceful, money can be moved in seconds so there are no excuses for this.

The wrong part was sent. Eventually they accepted a return at my expense. After many phone calls promising a refund, I still have not received a penny. A very poor company. I will never use again. Luckily I used PayPal and a case is open.

Dealing with Online Automotive couldn’t have been better. They were helpful and efficient. Their email system was faulty, no emails could be sent by them however, telephone conversations helped get round this.

The delivery firm (DX)they used was horrendous. Twice they said they’d tried to deliver and had left a card. They hadn’t tried to deliver as we were in both times and they didn’t leave a card either time. When the package, an exhaust was delivered it was just left outside the front door without knocking or ringing the bell. I suspect there was no attempted delivery otherwise they’d have just left the package outside the door as happened anyway. There were no cards left which again points to no attempt.
When parts are needed to get a vehicle. Ack on the road this is not the type of service that is needed.

3 weeks after this company cancelled my order due to them not having the correct part and I am still waiting for them to refund me. Despite numerous emails and phone calls they keep fobbing me off, telling me it’s marked as priority and that they refund had apparently been actioned but still nothing! No other company takes this long to send a refund

Ordered a kit of Bosch front discs and pads pads, after a delayed delivery and having to ring up and chase my order because of no email communication it eventually turned up nearly a week later, opened and found the pads they have sent are APEC which are a budget pad and not the Bosch ones I ordered, I phoned to discuss this and was told to email customer services to which I did, a prompt reply to my email the next day only to ask have I checked the fitment for some reason (nothing to do with were send you out the correct part) , to which I replied I’m not wasting my time checking the fitment of a something I didn’t order, I then phoned the next day following for customer services and got through to sales and was told they can’t do anything and have made a note on the system to call me and put a urgent note and 5 days later still no reply to my email and no phone call, Issue is still ongoing

Couldn’t believe they charged me an extra £4 when the website had already told me it was the right part and I had paid for it and it took about 3 days to get back to me saying that one I had spoke to them the part arrived very quickly and was the right one would use again

Avoid this COWboys if you respect yourself
Ordered a range rover evoque dpf on Friday
They promised will be delivered at their place on Monday morning, first thing to collect, now they say they haven’t ordered it yet. Avoid avoid avoid. No answer phone calls to get my deposit back

Got the product in a timely manner; however, something was wrong with their emailing system as I never received any and the product I purchased have a few substantial dents in it, which will properly not affect function.

Great choice of parts and very competitive prices plus next day delivery are the reason why I shall continue to use online automotive.
