So quick and easy to get my repair done. They updated me all the way and send my laptop back in a prestige way.

Great service from start to finish. Swift responses, good communication, chromebook returned quickly after being fully fixed.

Recently sent Laptop for repair. Returned pretty quickly but keyboard no nonger backlit!! Contacted Ologic and Laptop was collected next day. 4 days later it was written off as part not available. Replaced with a fantastic spec new laptop. Small charge to return both SSD & HDD drives - very fair charge to TBH. Really happy!!!!

Recently had a macbook screen repair thourgh D&G who sent it to Ologic to repair and I cannot be happier with the whole experience, I even had a faff cause my MacBook locked and I couldn't remember the log ins but they sent it back and took it back no problem. I'm sorry I forgot the name of who repaired it but they are so lovely and I'm ever so grateful. Would 100% recommend. Thank you!

Cannot fault O logic my laptop was picked up in a hour time slot and returned 5 days later in a hour time slot. Excellent communication through their app and text messages. Highly recommended and the little messages on my return was so sweet thank you so so much.

Ologic have just repaired my granddaughters laptop by replacing the screen. Excellent service. Was collected by DPD fixed and returned in 5 working days. Couldn't be happier. Communication was superb via their portal and DPD gave us a 1 hour window for collection and return. All in all fabulous experience

If more stars were possible I would give that, great communication, my MacBook was returned almost a week ahead of schedule, fully repaired and back to working order, securely packaged, would 100% recommend this company 10/10

I just had my PC repaired by Ologic. They kept me informed on the progress of my pc collection where they insured all the security and safety measures were used. They used a professional collecting and delivery service, They updated me once the repair pieces was ready. I will keep their number for future repairs and recommend them to my friends and family.

Cannot fault this company one bit! My 2.5 year old son thought it was a good idea to throw his kindle in the bath. Obviously it was completely gone, wouldn’t turn on or anything. Once I reported the issue the kindle was picked up the following day. I honestly can’t believe how quick the turnaround was, 4 days and the kindle was back with brand new screen, speakers and all cleaned. I thought it would have took weeks and weeks but how wrong was I. The added touch of putting sweets in the box was so thoughtful, my son was over the moon. Thank you once again Ologic what a great service you’re!

Had a laptop repaired, I was kept up to date at all stages, very quick turnaround, no fussy questions, an actual real person phoned me to arrange delivery ( Lynne, super polite and friendly) and a loving little added touch was the packet of haribo which my daughter was delighted with!! Had a few problems with my Dell PC and after it went to Ologic for repair it was repaired very quick and was kept fully informed of how the work was going and what was happening and it arrived back on Wednesday after it’s little holiday.

Great service from start to finish

It was a perfect experience: pickup by DPD without having to package the machine, good communication and quick repair.

My HP laptop packed up just 2 weeks before my dissertation was due! Ologic arranged a pickup within 2 days and (once the shocking DPD finally picked it up 4 attempts later) it was back to me no more than 3 days later. Additionally, I was kept updated with the whole process and the wee sentiment on the box plus veggie sweets was an extra touch which was very cute.

Happy with repair, I didnt exactly know what was wrong with my laptop but Ologic fixed it plus gave me a new plug for my laptop. The communications was spot on with photos being updated to having a tracking list for what will happen until it'll be returned back. Was happy when I received my laptop back even got a pack of sweets. The only down was that Dpd wasn't helpful when they had an issue with the return of my laptop, but apart from that Ologic was great, thanks

Mac Book Air with a broken screen repaired and delivered back in super quick time. Fantastic service and communication. Original repair was for the screen only however, Ologic replaced the outer casing also. The repair was performed quickly, very happy customer and top level service!
