Absolute sham of a company. The shoddy ‘goods’ they send are nothing like what they are advertising. When you try to arrange a return, they ask for a multitude of information and it takes so long for them to respond that they then tell you that you’ve had the items for too long and you have passed the 30 days return period! I have sent them the ‘evidences’ they require to prove that l was within their timeframe but have repeatedly got the same automated response from Alice. I have been battling with them since the beginning of November 2023. They are breaching our consumer rights and l have contacted Wowcher several times to assist me. Each time l’ve had to go through the same monotonous process with them for them to just sit on the fence and take no further action. Absolutely shameful customer service and disgraceful treatment by both companies. After all the stress and the useless and disrespectful treatment l have received- and then seeing how many other customers they have treated in the same way l am determined to get Wowcher and Oberobiz shut down. They should be so ashamed! False advertising and false returns procedures. Oberobiz have also failed to give me an address or any contact details to speak to someone other than Alice after numerous requests. Awful!!

Ordered an item from this company via Wowcher! (I know)
They lied in their listing so returned the item via their returns system.
They refused delivery and so Evri disposed of the item!
They are refusing to refund me! Wowcher keep referring me back to the merchant! Evri won't refund me because I'm not the seller! I have to say that the three of them work very well together scamming people!!!!!!!!!!!

In a previous review I outlined the problems I’d had with this company through the WoWcher voucher system. My experience mirrored that of many others.

The worst company and customer service I have ever come across.
Paid for an order through Wowcher and they sent the wrong item. Their customer service team are robots with generic unpersonalised replies. They are refusing to send the correct item or refund me. Wowcher are also of no help whatsoever.
Lesson well and truly learnt to never use either company again.
Avoid at all costs.

I purchased what was supposed to be Xmas Penguins with Lights via a Wowcher deal (Who I also tried to contact) and as far as I am concerned they were nothing like the picture on the website.

It isn't the Money it is the principle, I tried to return them for a refund (Contacted within the 14 days period) and all they would offer was 10% off as I was disappointed. It is certainly NOT worth the Original price of £60 or even the Offer Price of £20.

I have NOT used the product it is still in its packaging.

I am also taking this case to Trading Standards to try and resolve it.

So be ware, I didn't have the Company details before I bought the Wowcher.

Not a trustworthy company.

Sold a dashcam through wowcher drop down box to choose front and internal or front and rear.
Chose front and rear received front and internal.
Multiple emails that are clearly stalling till I can't return.
Information asked that has already provided. Asked for pictures, a description of what's wrong over and over then ask for a video.
Then I get told since there is no fault I have to pay for the return. This is despite the consumer rights act 2015 saying they have to pay if the item is not as described.

I don't expect a resolution and quite honestly it's not worth my time. I should of just my hand in my pocket and bought from a reputable company.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company either via there website or anywhere else they try to steal your money.

Scammers !!!! Ordered via wowcher so do not use them either ! Ordered heat up socks as Xmas gift. Wrapped up for Xmas opened realised no power pack and no way to buy one in uk . Refused me to send back told me I had it too long and is used ?? Not used obviously 5 weeks now or wowcher getting in touch with them who are also useless and they refuse to allow me to return then when they didn’t send powerpack ! Awful service awful products avoid them and wowcher as they too do not care

I ordered the light up dog and cat ornament for Xmas.
It was absolutely nothing like the photo.
The dog had a crack and lights were missing.
It was so rubbish that it was a joke. My kids found it hilarious just how tacky it was. It was £22.99
Sent it back and no refund.
They just keep emailing saying I didn't send it back in time.

Purchased through Wowcher. Paid for express delivery… took longer than the standard. I complained. No response. I contacted Wowcher who asked me to copy them in on my complaint and suddenly I got a response although the response was along the lines of it’s been dispatched you’ll just have to wait. Item eventually arrived too late to use and was not even close to what was described in the listing. Complained again and was told I had to pay to return the item and only had 7 days - over xmas and new year. Complete waste of money. Do not use this company.

This company is just out to scam people. I ordered a christmas cat, they stole the picture from lights4fun website, they state it is made from fabric with 130 lights on it, i know how good the originals are, as i ordered a dog from light4fun, so of course expected the same thing as it had the samew write up. What i got wass a tiny cardboard cat!!!! I complained and they said i must return with my own money. These peopel should not be allowed to use platforms like living social and wowcher!!!!

What a joke of a company. Wowcher should be ashamed to have them as a merchant, you are equally culpable in my opinion. Product was faulty, missing components and to top it off, was way too small.
Customer services is appalling. It’s as if they can’t read, i’m asked over and over for the return slip from Evri, despite Wowcher already confirming the merchant (Obero biz) had received my return! And I don’t have the slip, nor do I need it. These clowns can get stuffed. It would appear as 0 stars is not a possibility, and 1 star minimum is allowed on TP, their actual score would be 0.2 not 1.2 judging from other comments. Don’t use these useless morons for anything. And wowcher….. you should do more, shameful

I agree with previous reviews. Item ordered for xmas present via Wowcher. Arrived in damaged box (torn open) could not give as xmas gift. Paid £6.99 delivery (offered to send new packaging (after xmas) or I could return it for another £6.99. The item only cost me £11.99. They are now saying it's past their 14 return policy so I can't send it back !!! - PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

SCAM SCAM SCAM, stay away I wish I had of looked at reviews before purchasing from Wowcher. I purchased 2 ball launchers for Christmas gifts these were not as advised, cheap product and did not work like they were supposed to. I contacted the company within 14 days and kept being told that I had time to play with and break the product then the next response was I did not contact them within their 14 days return policy. I DID. So they are will to break their own policies. They are a scam company the product is not worth half of what I paid and this was supposed to be discounted. I have gave enough time and evidence for the company to rectify this problem before reviewing and they do not care. Stay away.

Ordered some christmas lights via a voucher through GoGroopie with Obero as the supplier. They were late being delivered and had none of the functionality described in the advert. I then entered into a very protracted discussion with Obero through the GoGroopie chat facility and was told that I should return the item at my own expense for a refund of the purchase price, but not the delivery fee or return postage. I insisted that the item was not accurately described and legally I should receive a full refund. This went on for some time and eventually they stated that the item had passed its 14 day return period and they could no longer provide a refund. I raised a complaint with GoGroopie and to their credit they soon provided a full refund including postage costs. The Obero business model is highly questionable and needs to be investigated by trading standards. The voucher companies are being tainted by their activities and should not be promoting their products.

DO NOT BUY FROM OBEROBIZ (CHINA seller) OR WOWCHER!
Wowcher doesn’t care it is using dishonest and incompetent sellers who are not complying with basic consumer rights laws in this country or any kind of acceptable level of customer service so be warned, they clearly do not adequately vet and cannot vouch for the sellers on their site.
Oberobiz sells on Wowcher site. Their product descriptions are dishonest, misleading and totally inaccurate. They then refuse to reimburse you for having to send the product back despite the dishonest description, and worse they then do not process the refund for the returned items. They are the typical China-based seller - ignore your emails, or ignore your issue and respond to a completely different complaint or just keep saying the same thing over and over again.

Returned the item now getting excuse after excuse why they have yet to refund me, saying tracking system down etc. its all nonsense. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. DODGY SCAMMERS AT ITS BEST

Purchased an advent jigsaw puzzle for my Mum who loved completing each day. When she got to the 24th there was a missing bit and a duplicate piece meaning the puzzle could not be completed. Wowcher advised me to contact directly and the reply was that I should have told them within 14 days of order, which defeats the whole concept of an advent jigsaw. Very disappointing customer service
My Mum loved opening up each day and purchased a frame so she would be able to display the completed jigsaw, obviously with a piece missing this is now not possible.
I am also surprised that Wowcher continues to use this merchant, it is now obvious from previous reviews they are not trustworthy. Normally I would check on Trustpilot only as I ordered through Wowcher I didn't feel the need to.
