Shocking customer care!! I have an order that wasn’t delivered and have now been advised by the seller that it cannot deliver to Ireland! I have emailed, WhatsApped telephoned and no response!! Impossible to get refund sorted as no way of communicating with them!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Absolutely appalling!!! I brought a voucher from them for a Mother’s Day gift. My mum has gone to redeem the voucher, only to find out the merchant they have sold it for has closed down! I messaged them on WhatsApp, at first they were replying, advised they have contacted the merchant for a refund but I advised them that the merchant is closed, so they’re not going to respond! Wowcher advised we have to wait 72 hours for a response before they could do anything else. Now it has been more than 72 hours, guess what… no response from the merchant… obviously!!!! I have messaged Wowcher over and over again but now no one is replying to me!!!!!

I would like me refund please as you have sold me a voucher to a merchant that is no longer open and has shut down. We can’t use it!!!!

So easy to buy what i was looking for, and at a unreal price.

Great deal and easy to follow process

I had a very disappointing experience with Wowcher. £10 was charged from my account without any purchase or authorization. I had already received a refund for a previous voucher issue, yet they charged me again without any reason.

Customer service has been slow and keeps asking for order details even though no order was placed. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I expect a quick refund and better handling of such issues.

I would not recommend using Wowcher unless they improve their billing system and customer support.

False Advertising & Shocking Customer Service
Absolutely terrible experience with Wowcher and Travelodeal. The deal I purchased was completely misleading – the advertised price was nowhere near what was actually available when I tried to book.
Once you go to use the voucher, all the “cheap” options are either gone or come with added costs, making it no cheaper than booking directly yourself. It feels like a tactic to lure people in under false pretences.
When I complained, Wowcher took no responsibility and offered no real solution. On top of that, they refused to reissue my expired credit, even though it only lasted one month and I’ve spent a lot of money with them.
Very disappointing. I won’t be using them again and would strongly advise others to avoid.

I purchased a £290 bed from a company on the Wowcher website in march. When the bed got delivered it was an absolute joke. It was broken, the mattress was torn just unacceptable. I sent it straight back the same day with the delivery guys. The company is called livingsocial. Wowcher are fully aware of what is going on and they still continue to have this company selling on their site. They have been no help, to try and help me get this matter sorted I am going back and forth with both wowcher and livingsocial to get my money back but it’s becoming impossible and unfair. They keep telling me to wait between 48-72 hours for the company livingsocial to respond to mine and wowcher email, its been more then that. They have had a number of emails from me since the 11th March. I would say if you are planning on buying anything on wowcher I would do your research first.

Paid £200 for a shed that was mean't 2 weeks after the order date this was in February haven't received full refund and the product ordered hasn't been delivered either
