I recently signed up for Northwest's Virtual Office service for
my Delaware LLC, and I cannot say enough good things about the

Service was timely and polite. For the most part everything went smooth. All my questions were addressed.

One thing about Northwest Registered Agents is that these guys have an excellent customer support team which addresses issues quickly and at the same time you feel that they are doing so well to serve you not because you paid them to do their job but because they genuinely want to help you as if they are a part of your company. With over 3 decades of international business experience, I have seen the good, bad and ugly of all that needs to be seen as a businessman and with that said I highly recommend these guys.

They are very responsive and the work process is smooth and easy. I've set up my LLC through them which was a breeze. When I have questions, they respond usually in one business day and sometimes multiple people will get involved to make sure the questions are addressed properly. Very happy with the service.

This company has represented as Agent two companies and done a great job. The required filings are tracked, notification provided and filed. I was surprised to see the filings that I requested were made as soon as 1 day after I requested the filing in Wyoming.

Very quick service and easy to get started. Still waiting on the final materials from the official institutions but filing was done quick and easy.
