I ordered on a Wednesday and paid extra for two-day delivery. Order tracking was not useful until Friday when it indicated my order would be delivered on Monday. I called NorthStyle customer service because I paid extra for 2-day delivery, but apparently there is an extra un-counted “processing day” before the two BUSINESS day delivery time begins, and they do not count weekend days, so my TWO-DAY delivery became SIX DAYS!!
Based upon the other reviews here, I wonder about the QUALITY of the $200 order I may receive after SIX days of my TWO-DAY delivery.

Slow delivery, poor customer communication
I have purchased a number of items from NorthStyle over the last few years and been happy with the quality and found them true to size. What frustrates me and why I'm only giving 3 ☆ is their slow delivery times and that they are not out front about availability. I placed an order mid Jan and still haven't received 2 items. And I had to call them to find out when to expect them - no updates from them in almost 3 weeks!
Makes me reluctant to continue giving them my business.

I received a text stating 15per off on tunics. I found one I liked. I went online and began an order. There was no 15 per cent off. I called. There all kind of excuses but none were legitimate.
This morning I called for a supervisor. He said he would give me the discount. I continued to ask why it didn’t work online. He couldn’t answer that but would give me the discount. I DID NOT order. I am blocking them and have removed my name from their mailing list.

Avoid at all costs! Unfortunately i didn't do my research and placed an order at the start of December. Before ordering i emailed them to check that their swim shorts had the standard netting inside. I had a reply back saying yes they did. My order took over a month to come and when it did arrive it was extremely poor quality. Not swim short material and no netting inside! I emailed them straight away and was told the same as everyone else. That i could send the item back at my cost but it will probably get lost in customs. Im not someone who gives up easily on these sorts of things but it was very clear the company is ran by lowlifes and i wasnt going to get anywhere.

Shady company do not order from them
This is a shady company I will never do business with and discourage anyone considering placing an order. I placed an order 11/11/25 and did not receive the order until 12/30/25. The item is a lightweight jogging suit that cannot be worn in Chicago until summer. It's not what I ordered, company switched my order. Do NOT order from this company. SHADY
Terrible quality dress and horrible customer service
Terrible quality dress, looked nothing like the photo and looked so cheap. Refused to refund me. They said I could return but the return to China which would cost £21 (which was never disclosed on purchase), they also said they didn’t advise this as the return may never reach them and if it did it would take 4-8 weeks? I raised a chargeback with my bank to get a refund. AVOID!!!
Lack of Proper and Adequate Communication
I had a struggle to understand and communicate with representatives. I couldn't understand him and vice versa. I wasn't able to find out the size over multiple minutes to figure out a simple question. It was very frustrating, and I don't appreciate the upsell. The shipping was also terrible with a lack of transparency and wrong about when it would ship--2 weeks late. The selection of clothing is great, but the service is too difficult to actually work with.

The quality of the product was s**t and as produced in China and therefore took a very long time to arrive. Thankfully my bank reversed the transaction after being told I could not cancel the order. Please do not buy from them as I'm glad my bank helped as they were never going to.

I received a jumper in literal tatters and they would not give me a refund - they eventually gave me an address in China but told me there was basically no point returning it because it would get caught in customs - aka they’re not going to give you your money back. I recently purchased two coats from Northstyle and was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The items were advertised with a delivery timeframe of approximately one week, yet they took significantly longer to arrive. In addition, the garments I received were of noticeably poor quality compared with the prices charged.
The most frustrating aspect is the returns process. The cost of sending the items back is nearly equivalent to what I paid for them, making a return effectively impractical. As a result, customers are left with products that do not meet expectations and no reasonable way to seek a refund.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution before ordering from this company.

This company is a scam..
Really unsure how this company is still in operation. Poor quality clothing and sizing off. On research of the company it seems they're based in Amsterdam. Package arrived with a return address based in London.
When requesting a refund and return address you're given an address in china! Informed it is likely to get stuck in customs and I'll not receive a refund. Pressured multiple times to accept store credit at 10 then 20% of the value instead of a simple full refund.
The whole process is unnecessarily difficult and I don't feel I'll be getting a refund at the end of it, this does appear to be a scam of some sort, I'll be taking legal action.
Please everyone avoid this company until it is shut down.

I ordered a dress from this store and when it arrived, the sizing was completely off. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they repeatedly pushed me to accept store credit or keep the item for a small partial refund instead of allowing a proper return.
Despite it being an online purchase, they made it unnecessarily difficult to exercise my right to a refund. Every response felt like they were trying to pressure me into keeping the item rather than resolving the issue properly. They also warned me about return complications instead of simply providing a clear return address and process.
This whole experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and mistrustful. I would not order from them again, and I would advise others to be cautious. Customer service should support customers—not make them jump through hoops to resolve a straightforward return.

The product felt so cheap.
Its taken me 5 emails to get them to send me the details to get a refund. They still saying if you get a refund it might be lost in the post. So basically trying to scary me into store credit.
Absolute rubbish of a retailer. Will never buy again.

Be warned against using this website. They trade dishonestly, misrepresenting themselves as a legit company.I had to chase my order up. It was way too small, very poor quality, and grossly overpriced. On requesting for details to return the item (as none were included), I received a number of seemingly reasonable, but evasive responses. Ultimately I was offered a credit note, or 10% refund and keep the item, but still no return address. I was then offered 20%, but refused, and again asked for the address. The address is in China, which had never been mentioned. I'm not sure I'll get refund, but I will report them to Trading Standards.
