Good product (sofa) at very competitive price versus other online retailers. A great customer service who were responsive and easily reachable by email or phone. I bought a sideboard from Nicky Cornell outlet store. I only saw it online and was advised to call the company first to check for any imperfections seeing as it was ex-display. Hayley helped with my enquiry. She was so brilliant, bless her. She went up and down to the showroom floor to take photos and to describe every imperfection and send me images, then, to top it all, she got her warehouse staff to polish out any minor scratches (it was ex display after all) and then re photographed it and sent me photos. They made it look perfect! I couldn’t be happier. It honestly looks virtually brand new. It was ordered a few days ago and delivered today! The delivery team, also were very helpful. Gary was a gem!!! 5 stars to everyone. If my place was bigger, I’d be buying more from them - though I’m sure I can find some room somewhere!

Just received my delivery of 4 Oak and Rattan Bar stools this afternoon ,when unpacked are absolutely beautiful and perfect for my kitchen, the whole process from ordering over the phone with Lucy to delivery this afternoon with delivery guys placing my stools in my hall earlier was excellent

Ordered a beautiful chandelier and I am delighted with the whole process. The team couldn’t have been more helpful and sent me close up shots of the light before I made a commitment to purchase. Delivered on time and was kept informed from start to finish.

My husband and I ordered a dining table on 12th Feb, prior to ordering my husband asked what the lead time was to which we received a reply of 10-14 days. 14 days had passed & we received no update regarding our order. My husband emailed twice to get an update, they were both ignored. It was only when he called that he then received a reply. The company took delivery of the table at their warehouse at the start of the month, but failed to book in a delivery & keep us informed. Now 11th March we have taken delivery of the table (FINALLY) - a month from the purchase date - not the 10- 14 day time frame we were provided with.

Not only that, but in trying to put the table together the holes are in the wrong place & new ones have had to be drilled!

Absolutely appalling if you ask me. Please be vigilant ordering from this company. First experience has been a very poor one unfortunately which is a real shame.
