Great item, delivered when expected, packed extremely well to avoid damage in transit. Bought a tall boy, was apprehensive as never bought furniture online before. Exceeded expectations and ordered bedside cabinets to match. Would highly recommend this company.

The tables look really nice online, however ours arrived and it was all damaged in the legs, but to be fair the customer services gave us a 50% discount on the table, but after having it for just around 2 weeks now it’s already chipping, the table top is only a really thin cover, and underneath is a different type of wood, even at half price it’s disappointing as that was not the reason I had the discount it was because the legs were dented and rusty.

Great product. Amazing quality. Recommend product. Why not 5 stars? Had to chase delivery and it kept getting delayed, however, once a concern raised, the response was quick and delivery with 3 weeks of purchase. Therefore, I would say order but do not trust the lead times.

Fast delivery at the table is absolutely stunning

Ordering from the website was easy and I was kept informed about the delivery. The table was really well packaged and very easy to assemble on my own with tools included. The delivery driver brought the package into the room where I was going to assemble it.
As others have pointed out, the table is slightly taller than standard, nothing that a cushion on a chair won't solve though.

Excellent customer service. We had various issues— I entered my postal code incorrectly which created a delivery nightmare; and then one of our furniture pieces arrived damaged— but customer service was super responsive and quick in helping to sort everything out. Furniture is lovely and excellent quality.

A beautiful sideboard that will last for years, so happy with my product & wouldn’t hesitate buying from this company again. Very quick delivery and well packaged.

The table arrived on time and was reasonably easy to put together with the help of another person and was exactly as described on the website. I am very pleased with it.

Just had our Brooklyn light table delivered with bench and chairs....it is absolutely beautiful. Only reason I havent given 5 stars is because of delivery timescale. We ordered early Jan with what was expected to be a 2 week delivery....it came today (13th April). But it was well worth the wait. Customer service was brilliant with updates so cant fault that either. Would definately recommend.

Avoid!!! Ordered a table from here in December 2025. After 3 months with no contact I reached out. They said there was a delay and would be the end of the month March. In April they said the table was due. Finally confirmed 13th July 8 months from first order. I wouldn't trust any timescales they provide!!!

Absolutely love our new dining table - it's a real centrepiece item and we're already looking for another piece of furniture to add to our Reclaim Nation collection. Customer service was excellent - quick replies and good communication.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery, quality products

I ordered a large piece of furniture from this company, which was advertised as including delivery to a room of choice. Unfortunately, the courier was not aware of this service, which made for a very unpleasant delivery experience. After some back-and-forth — including me stating I would need to return the item as I couldn’t get it upstairs myself — they eventually brought it to the correct room. However, there was little care taken with either my home or the item during this process (although thankfully the item was well packaged).

I contacted the company afterwards and received a quick response with an apology, but it felt quite generic. I also mentioned that a family member was considering ordering the same item, and I was concerned they would run into the same issues.

When I opened the drawers, I discovered they were not as pictured or described on the website — the runners shown were missing. I emailed again and was promptly offered a partial refund, as this is apparently a new design. While I appreciated the quick response, this was disappointing as the product did not match the listing.

Ideally, I would have returned the item, but given the earlier delivery experience and the size of the furniture, I didn’t feel able to deal with the hassle and reluctantly accepted the partial refund.

Overall, while communication was quick, it lacked reassurance and didn’t inspire confidence. Combined with the delivery issues and inaccurate product listing, the experience has left me hesitant to order from them again. As of several days later, the website listing still hasn’t been updated to reflect the actual product being supplied.
