I had a very positive experience with Monika Kaszuba during my NHS Professionals Healthcare Support Worker Development Programme recruitment process.
From the initial screening call through to the interview and assessment stage, Monika was professional, clear, supportive and very helpful. She explained each stage properly, kept me updated, provided useful preparation information and made the whole process feel organised and straightforward.

I am so happy that I joined NHSP in 2023 and have had opportunity to work at Oxford Health, John Radcliffe Hospital and now at Churchill Hospital . Since I am a retired NHS employee I still like to continue to use my expertise in the area of Administrator and NHSP has been great in helping me out.

Initially it was Olivia McDiarmid and now Lauren Davies both have been excellent in helping secure jobs for me. Greatly appreciate their help.

Having worked within the NHS for over 10 years and coming from an ethnic minority background, I can say that some of the worst discriminatory and racist behaviour I have experienced in my career came from NHS colleagues and staff.

In my experience, the working environment could be extremely difficult and, at times, deeply unpleasant. I also felt that poor behaviour was not always dealt with effectively and that accountability could be lacking.

I found parts of the recruitment process particularly frustrating. On several occasions, it felt inconsistent, unfair and potentially influenced by bias rather than being based purely on experience, qualifications and merit.

The NHS does some incredibly important work, but my personal experience as an employee has left me very disappointed with aspects of its workplace culture, recruitment practices and the way concerns about discrimination can be handled.

They have been very helpful, diligent and professional with their work. I truly appreciate all that they have done.

NHS around britain are not professionals as all in present year are delusionally Pretending that gay male sons of own individual mothers are none existent in life aswell as pretending any female that has a gay male son (regardless of age) are apparently their own individual sons and other males.

Aswell as appearances, all can not see each individuals accurate appearance they pretend myself is a darkskintone on a daily basis aswell as female appearances, darkskin males.

All are doing H-A-T-E without saying face to face of who they all have an issue of. They pretend everyone are everyone on purpose for delusional drama for British Soaps.

Debby Davies was in charge of my application and she was so great. She always let me know about the status of my application, helped me every step of the way and always answered my questions in a way that would make sure that I would understand. Everyone else I met on the way has been so lovely too. My whole experience was very smooth and quick.

I am so beyond happy with my experience at NHSP! I was interested because I wanted more flexible work after a hard year.

I applied and was offered an interview by Debby Davies within a week. She matched the opportunity so perfectly to my CV and the conversations we had, and it was exactly what I wanted!

The process was kind of long winded and a little time consuming, but Debby was friendly and informative throughout, and I always felt like I could ask the silliest questions about the hiring process.

Overall NHS Professionals are a good team, can be frustrating at times as no communication with outcomes and why shifts cannot be added. It would help if the Team communicated when there is something required as this could be resolved quickly.

Customer Service are always polite and helpful, may not always have the right answer.

I am currently in the process of joining NHS Professionals. It has been a great experience so far. The staff are lovely and assessment was timely. I have to act fast in providing the necessary requirements as my recruiter Hannah Richards has been very helpful and supportive. She will always act quickly by telling me what I need to do next and being so patient while giving me all the necessary feedbacks. Hannah thank you for being there always with you endless support. My doctors will not release my full medical records to me ,so I can send them to Clinical Partners support of mental health ,so they can help and support me for a request in medication for my adhd and autism, as I need it ,as I am struggling with day to day life ,I always thought any mental health issues was supported 100% ,but no ,is it because im a man ,its just ignored, my surgery at Heanor, Derbyshire called the Park Surgery are making it very difficult for me to access help ,I feel the lack of support from them just shows what they think of Mens mental health and the support I need for my adhd issues

The recruitment process has been seamless from start to finish, from submitting my documents through to the assessment and interview, checks and final steps. The interviewers were great and made the experience really positive. A special mention to Hannah Richards, who has been absolutely lovely, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Although I haven’t started working with them yet, my experience of the recruitment process has been excellent and very smooth.
