We ordered a parasol from Neptune on 29 May 2026. When delivered on 3rd June, it was found to be damaged. We contacted the Fulham store to organise a replacement component ( the parasol itself) and the collection of the broken parasol. The replacement was due to be delivered and the broken one collected on Tuesday 16th June. This did not happen. There was no communication at all about not collecting. We wasted a whole day waiting in and the van did not arrive. The replacement did arrive on Wednesday 17th June, but the driver would not take the broken parasol. We complained via the Fulham store and told them to cancel the sale as we had lost confidence in both the product and the delivery service. A further collection date ( for damaged and replacement parasols) was agreed for Friday 19th June between 8 am and 12 noon. This did not happen. The Fulham store was unable to tell us if the collection would take place at all. They were keen to set up yet another date, without any thought for the continued personal inconvenience to us.
We are still waiting for confirmation when the collection will happen. We have found the customer service to be completely unacceptable and will never use Neptune again.
Fantastic products and service. Alfi and Josh were excellent - prompt, efficient and super friendly!

Andre and Liam were brilliant at assembling my new workstation. Very friendly and helpful, as well as being quick and efficient.
Excellent service from the start. Love the Keswick mirrors we purchased! A special mention for your two delivery personnel, Mihai and Nimel. Their courtesy, consideration and overall manner was exceptional. Besides, they arrived exactly when they said they would! What a bonus!! A credit to your company!

Bespoke order delivered to worse standard than Ikea after 7 weeks in production - told to purchase additional paint to apply another coat on site despite having purchased and paid a premium for a finished product ready to install. The zig-zag shelf supports are made from plywood and finished to such standard that extra attention is needed when touching to avoid splinters.

The staff in the Fulham Neptune shop were so helpful when I went in to order the
Chichester potboard, advising on colour and handles etc. and also baskets to go on the bottom shelf.
it arrived more quickly than expected and the delivery drivers were fantastic (so polite and careful) and we love the sideboard, it fits in perfectly in our kitchen and is so well made. Also comes with a handy small pot of paint for any touch ups.

After some unexpected repairs and building work, I decided to make a tough experience positive by gifting myself the new Neptune kitchen which I had long wanted.
The team at Neptune were amazing: professional, helpful, responsive and pleasant to work with.
Starting with the design team George supported by Kristy, to delivery, through to the fitting by Lee and Ben and then final painting by Graham and Stuart, everything went smoothly and was done on time.
The whole project was managed by Greg, who made sure I new what was happening, checked in with me throughout and even made an extra visit to deal with a walking washing machine !
Thank you to the whole team for making the process easy and the end result perfect.
