The driver John delivered my fence panels and was very friendly and patient getting to my hard to find address. He even covered them over for me with my sheeting, as I couldn’t be there at the time. Brilliant service!

Your driver John came to deliver our poles and fence panels this morning. He was extremely helpful and carried all the goods to the convenient place for us.
I can highly recommend John to future customers.

Driver very helpful.
Had delivery yesterday of concrete post and panels etc. Good quality as well, just wish they were the stained ones as now staining them myself, one job I hoped not to do..lol.

John delivered our timber we ordered and was an absolute star. Was really kind and put it where we needed it to go. Couldn’t ask for a better service and would use them again

Great service from John, very helpful in the rain! Even gave me advice to assemble my shed properly. Thank you!

We are a very busy childrens' nursery and your wonderful driver John came to deliver our panels earlier this morning.
He was extremely helpful and although he was parked kerbside he very happily carried all the panels into the garden area for us.
We can highly recommend John to future customers.

Fantastic wood and delivery driver John did an awesome job getting the wood off in the best place possible for me.
Great drivers, great wood, great company. Highly recommended

I had a great experience with National Timber for my order this week. I had purchased on Monday, and got a delivery date for Wednesday a couple hours later. Unfortunatley the van broke down on the Weds but they immideatley informed me via email with an apology and a new time for 10am the next day. Thats exactly what happened, the driver showed up promptly and help unload the wood too. Top service and great prices!

Bought the shed based on glowing reviews but quite disappointed. Elements for shed building are unevenly cut. For example one piece of wall taller by few mm than the one next to it. Lot of broken parts in places. Nothing major but lot of chipped wood. To top it up only handful of felt nails given, so just have to go to the shop to get some more. I have reported some broken parts as I have only noticed the rest when building the shed. It was acknowledged but no further action taken from the company.

Received a delivery today, the driver was John. John was brilliant. The product was excellent.
