Delivery was delayed by a few days, but many thanks to Andy who delivered 15 large & heavy fence posts for his advice and his help to put them in my garage. I would have struggled otherwise. Much appreciated!

Red Flags with this company: I'm unsure if they are legitimate or not. I attempted to make a £2000 order today on their website, and I transferred the money into my main account, then tried to make the card payment. The transaction did not go through as I tried 3 times, I was worried my card would be blocked by the bank. I then attempted to call back and email, and no response. I then researched this company. I found it dissolved and then was set up again, but it had moved address I checked the VAT number on their eBay page, it came up verified, but in the address where the company had dissolved. I checked the company house and found the owner's name, but his profiles were hidden. I then sent a WhatsApp message to someone called Sam. I then received a message stating to send the money through bank transfer, and this was the kicker for me, as in no business transaction have I ever done a bank transfer, as you are not covered the same way as you are in a card transaction. I was hoping it was a legitimate company, but the reviews are not reviewed on Google, and the reviews on here appear to be made up, also, as most of the people who have reviewed have only one review to their name and the replies appear to be staged and no response to the negative reviews. The photographs on Google are dated as well. So in my honest opinion, I would advise steering clear, as I have a feeling this is a scam and they have taken on an old business. I may be wrong, but all the research is not adding up. I spoke with my bank's fraud department as I had to block my card due to entering details on their website, and they advised me to avoid as no business should ever offer a bank transfer, a big red flag. I hope I'm wrong but too many issues for my liking.

I have just received the most fabulous customer service from a lady called Kerry Roberts who is the e-commerce Pricing &CX Manager. Kerry came up with 3 different options for me to source my product, phoning back and emailing me several times until we struck success. This lady is a star and should be running courses in Customer Service. Truly exemplary professionalism.

Only received part order as the vehicle exceeded the weight limit despite ordering 2 weeks before delivery date, the next delivery after mine was short too. Fit too many deliveries on to one lorry and then cannot send all items due to weight. Absolutely disgusted. Even rang them at 7am to find an estimated time of arrival and was not even told then. Shocking. Go local as they can't deliver until next week ... No good when the workmen are coming in 2 days!

Appalling customer services. Ensure you check order before despatch!
I ordered close to £750 worth of decking in mid-March for delivery on 8th April. Was advised on 4th April having difficulties in sourcing 5.4m lengths but would get back to me.
I had to call on mid morning on Monday, day before due delivery to ask status as hadn’t heard a thing. Was advised the order had been cancelled and monies refunded. No offer of any compensation only ‘we’re sorry but couldn’t source the required lengths’.

We needed few concrete posts and gravels to build a new fence. We replaced 11 wood panels and wood posts. We decided to use concrete posts and gravels with brick effect. After spending a few days looking for companies who could supply west cast posts, we found National Timber and we contacted them by email. Sam replied to our emails very quickly and the information was very good. We decided to purchase from them due to their previous reviews and good customer service. It was very easy to order online with them and the fee for the delivery was reasonable compared to other companies. The communication with the driver was excellent and they helped us to get the posts and gravels on time. We are very happy with their service and quality of concrete posts and gravels. I would highly recommend National Timber to anyone!

A big thank you to Andy for his help, unfortunately I was unable to be on the job as I was working on another job, andy called and arranged drop off, after explaining to him that the customers were a older couple andy was more than happy to help out and put the fence panels in the back garden for them. 5 ⭐️
