good food, good staff

2nd time our online order was messed up by the Slough queensmere branch.
2items missing and half chicken missing too. We received £10 worth of food from £30+ order.either they are incompetent or criminally dishonest. I think the latter. I wouldn't trust them with delivery orders. You won't receive the food or a full refund.

Food was exactly what I was looking for!
Good, not heavy and well seasoned.
Was treated amazingly by staff, specially by the manager Omar from the Nando’s wandsworth. Brought up such a great environment! I loved that it was quick and efficient. Definitely recommend, never had a bad experience at a Nando’s in southwest london.

We discovered Nando's Meadowhall, Sheffield a after the Covid Pandemic. I am South African and was so happy to see my favourite Chicken Franchise in the UK and so near us! We've been going there on a regular basis since and have never been disappointed.
The Staff are very friendly and efficient, and the food is always freshly cooked and very tasty. The Restaurant is also beautifully decorated and clean, the atmosphere is great.
We were there again yesterday and on this occasion a young person named Chloe stood out. She was friendly and helpful and engaged with us and other clients. She is definitely management material.
We can highly recommend this branch of Nandos.

terrible service from corby branch had turkey that was more juicy than there chicken lemon and herd sauce tastes like straight up vinegar and the delivery driver was smoking in his car PEPES PERI PERI CHICKEN ALL THE WAY!!!

We visited Brent Park Nando’s restaurant as a family. We were served by Kamil, he was passive aggressive, patronising to us and other customers. The food was cold, chicken was rubbery, portions sizes were small, Not worth of your time and money. Disappointed and not enjoyed our meal and our time at all.

Ordered Nando’s online……it was not delivered, despite App saying delivered. I reported it immediately and got a weak apology, they couldn’t sen replacement order!!!…and I get my money refunded in 5-10 days!!!!…..SO NO FOOD AND NO MONEY!!!…poor customer service

During the week last month I went Nandos Brixton just to get a take away. I ended up speaking with a lovely employee called Vera she gave great customer service and made me laugh. Great experience.

Absolutely not worth the price charged for the ridiculously skimpy portions. When the food arrived I found myself thinking, "where is the rest of it?" The staff were friendly but not competent - we had to go looking for cutlery by ourselves. I will NEVER eat there again.

Nando's chicken is my alternative if not able to prepare food at home. Especially Nandos's Beechboro branch, besides the food well prepared and cook very good, people there are very nice and honest. Last night I accidentally drop my wallet sitting on a chair while waiting my order, comeback in the morning and found my wallet. Thank you very much guys. keep up the good work.

Excellent meal and service as per, the manager runs a tight ship and treats the customers with a friendly attitude. The chicken was delicious and delivered hot to the table; we love the spier wine choice snd the Portuguese beer excellent!

Waited 20 minutes for food that we then had to remind them about. It was sat on the counter for 10 mins came. Cold. Asked to speak to a manager informed they were busy. Then told by a waiter he was too busy they had a lot going on what do we expect

Went to Nandos at mall of emirates - ordered peri peri chicken burger and beef slice sandwich (yes they do beef in Dubai). The chicken burger was very salty, inedible, it also came with tiny slice of chicken, the beef sandwich had a few slices of beef, seemed like cheap and cheerful slices cobbled up from a local supermarket and there were about 13 chips 😂 total waste of money - cost us £33 - we’ve always known Nandos to be a quality brand seems standards have dropped, disappointed!!! Avoid

Nando’s in One stop shopping centre, Perry Barr, Birmingham uk, on 07/05/23, around 9.30. As we were about to order, we see an employee named Beth pull the bottom oven draws using her foot, when challenged (very discreetly and politely) and asked if this was hygienic, she said she did not realise.
then knowing she was caught doing something wrong, she accuses my husband of taking a picture of her, but when proven wrong did not have the common decency to apologise. I this Nando's common practice for hygiene and customer service?
Seeing this really was disgusting both Beth's behaviour and her using her foot that had trainers on which is used to walk outside, to pull drawers which she or one of her colleagues will touch with their hands and contaminate any food they touch! Gross!
Me and my husband are stunned and feel very angry, we should caused a scene and drawn very customers attention to the poor standards of service and hygiene. It ruined our whole evening.

ordered a whole chook, half mild and half lem herb. Asked for lemon herb to have just one basting appplied as my partner likes it a bit dry. Order come out andf they are both dry FFS! Sent them both back coz they were on same plate. (My mistake). Come out and now they both have extra basting FFS. I told the Manager who was avoiding the issue of his staff being a bunch of incompetent fools. Never going to Northlands Nandos again! Oh and now that they have gone cashless I wont be going to any store ever again!

Both broccoli lukewarm
Just not good enough
Seems to have lost its standard and mojo
Staff service adequate just !
I tip 99% of the time
Not today
But just not good enough in any department sorry
Will not return and I live 5 minutes from there so should be a easy choice

Every time I go to nandos the order is wrong. Tonight I ordered a pitta and got a wrap , we had both 2 sides. Each 2 lots of piri piri chips. The chips had no salt on it and when we got home we had to put it on ourself.

Never had a bad experience at Nandos. I always get Hummus to start then the double chicken wrap extra hot. Unlimited refills on the soft drinks too which is awesome.

PS the Caramel cheese cake is fab.

I am disgusted to find that my wife was asked to pay £6 for a 'large' rice. 225g including packaging. That is about the size of a standard tea cup.
