I do not recommend doing business with this company. I purchased an item that was incorrectly described on their site and returned it. They claimed they did not receive the item, which I have proof they did from USPS, and refused to give me a refund. I will never do business with this company again.

Ordered 3 "sample" pulls to compare with…
Ordered 3 "sample" pulls to compare with my current hardware. None were a good match so I initiated a return per their policy. I was never told they did not provide a return shipping label which would have been at their discounted rate; instead need to pay full fare resulting in a refund of less than 1/3 of the original cost. Won't order from this company again.

Overpriced and slow horrible service. Sent knobs that were rose gold. Not satin gold. Asked for an exchange They refused. Wanted pictures. You can’t look at the knobs when I send it back? So I took pictures. Then they wanted more pics comparing the four knobs to two others I ordered of the same color. Anything they can do to not provide a replacement they will do. For such expensive pulls they should be perfect. Instead wrong color and horrible service. Avoid this company at all costs Had to contact my credit card company to demand a refund. Trying to exchange anything will be a full time job. I ordered six pulls. Just six. Asked them to exchange four. They act as though it’s the end of the world. I didn’t order a kitchen full of knobs. The absolute worst customer service on…
The absolute worst customer service on the planet! My order arrived and there were two items short. After calling three times and emailing several others I was disconnected twice. I still am missing the parts and have no idea when or if they will arrive. Stay clear!! I'm now putting in a dispute with Amex.
The worst company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
By far the most difficult and terrible company. In order to return an item you have to call their number, wait for an email authorization, send it with your own money with a tracking number, for them to say you took it out of the bag and it’s not eligible for return. Are you kidding me? How dare you treat customers like this and expect repeat business. I will never buy from you again and I will make sure everyone knows your terrible business practices.

Online shopping was easy as was the ordering process. The order arrived quickly and my items were well packaged. The knobs and pulls are an excellent quality and just what I wanted.
Richelieu brushed nickel knobs and pulls
We ordered Richelieu brushed nickel Celtic knobs and pulls for our cabinetry in the remodeled guest room and we are thrilled. We reordered three times after the first products arrived and we were pleased to increase the number. The products are substantial and well made. They arrived in a timely manner and suit exactly the look we wanted in the room. The price was reasonable and we will order from MyKnobs in the future!

My order arrived earlier than expected but I have to return some because I accidentally ordered the wrong size.
No Return Policy
I purchased one cabinet hinge from Myknobs along with one cabinet hinge from four other companies in order determine the best match with my new gold knobs. When matching hardware, this is a common thing consumers do. Their hinge did not match the best along with three other hinges. I had no problem returning any of the other hinges. However even though my purchase was within the 30 day window , Myknobs refused to allow me to return the product because I installed the hinge to view it with the cabinet knob. Again this is something I did with all the other hinges and typical for consumers to do when they purchase a sample. I will never purchase from this company again and do not recommend them due to their poor understanding of customer needs and poor customer service.

Poor Customer Service Experience
This company stinks. I ordered a knob set and when they arrived I realized it was the wrong lock mechanism and returned it for a refund. I barely took it out of the packaging, repackaged it they exact way they shipped it to me, then they denied my return saying I damaged it. They sent me photos of extremely small marks to the brass which could have been caused by anything (shipping, improper handling at the warehouse, etc.) but put the blame on me. I wanted to exchange for another model and they refused, didn't even offer to speak with me about it, and shipped me back the item with no refund. The quality of their items is great but they have horrible customer service and will blame YOU if something like this happens. I'm working on a larger remodel and planned to order from them but they have lost by business. Good day.

Whatever you do, do not shop at this site. It's a crap shoot. If their distributer ships it to you, you're in luck. If not, you are out of luck and their customer service is a circus act. Go to a trusted online provider. Not worth the risk.
Terrible service
I got a return auth for a partial order, then decided to return everything. I called and was told she would update the request. Now I have received the partial refund and they are not responding at all to my chat requests or emails. If you return, you have to pay the shipping AND they charge a 25% re-stocking fee! They are dreadful!! I strongly recommend you buy elsewhere. The product is fine, and I should have ordered from Amazon who is easy to deal with and a legit business!! DO NOT ORDER FROM MYKNOBS!!!
