Faulty Products Making Customer Jump Through Hoops for Refund
I purchased a beautiful knob to go on my back screen door (circa 1962), my carpenter installed it and it worked for a few hours then I was locked in my house. I wanted to return it and get my money back, they asked me to send a video, the manufacturer decided it was a faulty spring, so sent a replacement. My carpenter came back and installed it and again, it did not work, so he removed the knob. They then asked for another video. I'm not calling my carpenter to install it again to show them it doesn't work. I paid close to $50.00 for this knob and should get a refund without having to provide another video. I cannot unless I provide another video and who knows if they will refund my money. I will never purchase another item from this company. So disappointed and angry that I'm out this money and had to buy another knob at Lowes is what I should have done in the first place!

High restocking fee
The My Knobs website states: "No Restocking Fee*". I submitted a return and was charged 25% restocking fee. While submitting my return, I received no warning or alerts about a restocking fee being charged on my return. I called customer service to resolve the issue, and they just hang up on me. Will never buy from them again.

Great quality!
Beware of these scammers
spent about $4k in doorknobs because the items said 1-2 day shipping. I even paid extra for next day shipping because I needed the doorknobs fast. Only reason I chose them over Rejuvenation was the false claim of a quick lead time. Well I def got taken by these scammers because it’s been 5 days now, no information, and every time I call I get the most uninterested customer service representative who adds a few days to the lead time casually and basically just shrugs. Going to have to call Amex and file a chargeback which I hate doing since I own a business myself but these scammers give me no choice. Don’t trust this company. Very misleading and actually straight up lying.

Received a number for my return and mailed back. Only to never receive my credit. Had many emails back & forth and did a chat & was promised my credit would be coming. Finally gave up but would never order from them again.

Update: Finally got through and it seems like this one is getting resolved. If so, I will be happy to make it a four star review.
Incorrect Image shown on website. Purchased wrong item due to this. Customer service insists that I phone to resolve the issue; yet, every time I call (three times and counting), their voicemail is full. I have traded images, description of the issue and a specific request on how I want this resolved. Still, I am sure I will get the canned response all the negative reviews have received. I would say away and buy directly from the manufacturer. This is just a marketplace with no customer service.
Extremely poor customer service
Advertised drawer pull as 4", center to center. It's 4.25". Makes a difference. Contacted the company, who basically shrugged their shoulders. Seriously poor customer "care." Update: have tried twice to call - as they requested - but mailbox is "full." No one is minding the store... lesson learned.

BUYER BEWARE, MyKnobs and Emtek is junk!!
BUYER BEWARE: I am a licensed GC home builder in Santa Monica, and this scam company (myknobs and emtek) sent me the wrong 300 dollar lockset, with the wrong finish, and refuses to accept responsibility. Their customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful, and the hardware they sell is absolute junk. Dont waste your money, you will be dissapointed in the end. You will have better luck online with Home Depot, or Amazon, or through a more reputable seller like schlage, or kwikset. Avoid any seller using Emtek as a supplier, you will be in for a massive headache, trust me from my terrible experience. Good luck consumers.

Terrible experience and maybe a scam
I came to write a review of my experience and notice that I apparently am not alone!
I made a sizeable order of switchplates. They didn't fit so I called to request a return. It's an odd process and in no way intutitive, but I sent the things back on my own dime.
They said they never received them which is absolutely bogus as I sent it via USPS and tracked it. The customer service is terrible.
From reading others experiences, it seems like they will just accept the return and lie and say they never received it and not refund your money.
