My experience with MTB Monster Bikes…
My experience with MTB Monster Bikes was very disappointing. I placed an order based on the company’s claim that the bike I wanted was in stock. However, after completing the purchase, I was later emailed and informed that there was no physical stock available to process my order.
This was frustrating and inconvenient, as the main reason I ordered was because the bike was advertised as being available. Stock accuracy is basic customer service, and being told after the fact that the item isn’t actually available shows poor inventory management and communication.
Overall, this experience has left me very disappointed, and it has reduced my confidence in ordering from MTB Monster Bikes in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear that this experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate the opportunity to provide some context.
Your order was placed on Saturday the 3rd at 5:35pm, outside of our normal business hours. On Sunday the 4th, we received further correspondence from you requesting to cancel the order, and as a result the order was placed on hold. While that cancellation request was being processed by our team, you called the showroom on Monday the 5th of January to ask for the cancellation to be revoked and the order reinstated.
During this call, you spoke with Hannah who took the time to carefully review the order with you, including confirming sizing and overall suitability, to ensure you were completely happy to proceed. Following this conversation, the cancellation was halted and the order was reinstated into our system that Monday afternoon.
Unfortunately, by the time you confirmed you wished to proceed with the order, the stock position for the original bike had changed. This was communicated to you promptly, along with current availability. We also offered the same model in an alternative colour that was still immediately available, as well as three other suitable options that were all in stock, to ensure you had clear alternatives to consider. We did not receive a response regarding these options, only an instruction to cancel the order, which was processed straight away.
As a business, we take stock accuracy very seriously and do everything in our power to ensure availability information is correct at all times. We carry hundreds of bikes in our physical inventory and also have access to stock from our brand partners. While these circumstances are uncommon, availability changes of this nature can occur with high-demand models, particularly when an order is delayed due to cancellation and reinstatement.
We genuinely regret that the original option was no longer available at the time the order was reinstated and understand how disappointing this was. We are equally disappointed that we were unable to fulfil the order and hope that you have been able to secure the bike elsewhere.

Best place to buy a bike
This is my 3rd bike from mtb monster now and there are plenty of reasons why I keep coming back.
Always plenty of advise and guidance on what bike is suitable, communication right throughout the process is superb and the handover when picking up the bike is second to none.
I'd highly recommend mtb monster when purchasing a bike as it is always the best experience. Thankyou

Great communication from beginning
Great communication from beginning to end, bought a bike through them on a cycle to work scheme,reserved the bike with a deposit so not to lose out, as soon as I had the voucher they processed it, refunded my holding deposit and the bike was with me within 2 working days. Very happy.

Great setup and friendly helpful staff
Before buying they provided the 2 bikes of choice for viewing with a technician on hand to answer any questions. As I choose to collect the bike a few days later all payment was completed at home with no pressure. On collection again any of the bikes operation were explained and a ride around the car park confirmed everything was good. Can highly recommend MTB Monster, staff on hand to help and advise, easy buying options and great price.

Excellent price, invisiframe not great.
Excellent price and pretty quick delivery. Good communication at all stages of the purchase.
Build quality not the best, gears are not perfectly aligned and invisiframe is not very well done (not lined up with holes, air bubbles etc.) bit frustrating considering the cost. Could also argue the power more cable supplied is too short.
