Excellent service on a recent order of a Cube e-bike. Spoke to the owner on the phone and we spoke about some options, made the order online. Bike delivered the day promised (3 days later) came boxed and perfect condition. Highly recommend.

I've waited some 8-10 weeks to review,to be sure. I can't say enough good things about the service from Joe in particular (and there workshop ) and the cube reaction 600 hybrid 2026 midhub ebike. He went over and above ,and went out his way to help. I'll forever be grateful to them for giving me my dreams back and freedom . Thanks so much,and all the best guys ,best wishes

Bought my first ebike the one i wanted wasnt in stock joe sorted me a better bike for good price it arrived super fast i had a few issues rang joe the next day the parts arrived with the tool to fit them happy to help honestly what a superb compamy first time i ever done a review so shows how happy i am

What a service Freeborn bikes give, i purchased an ebike 2 years ago and the bike recently kept turning off, rang the service dept of Freeborn and dealt with Joe, wot a legend, arranged for my bike to be picked up fixed the problem and returned the bike all within a week. Highly recommended shop and personal 5*

After extensive research for ebikes suitable for my husband and me, Freeborn stood out as the top option. We purchased two bikes, and to our surprise, they arrived with complimentary delivery within a week, which is quite impressive given our location in the North of Scotland. There was minor transit damage to my bike, but a brief phone call led to a replacement part arriving in just two days. I highly endorse Freeborn.

I’ve recently bought my first e-bike from this company and found them helpful throughout, I initially called them to check on a delivery date, not because it was late but I just wanted to make sure it would be before Xmas, the gentleman on the phone let me know exactly when and it arrived as it should. The bike was well packaged and easy to put the few bits on that needed fitting, it had however been fully pre assembled and checked before hand. On my first cycle I had a small issue with the bike, a quick email and a new part was dispatched which my local bike shop fitted and Joe who I’d dealt with regards the issue refunded me the cost of the work. Good communication throughout and very helpful. Would recommend and use again.

Ten out of ten for service. These guys were really helpful and proactive. The website worked well and I got a follow up call from Joe after ordering. When I asked Joe how much assembly I would have to do after delivery and let him know that I was a mechanical numpty, he suggested that they'd try a new delivery partner, Cycle Courier Co. who could deliver the bike fully assembled (except pedals). This was a brilliant service and the Cycle Courier Co. were excellent. For an online ordering experience, this service was exceptional. Thoroughly recommended.

I bought a Cube ebike from Freeborn in June and have just been back for a first inspection. Service both at the time of purchase and at the inspection have been first class. Joe Ferrari organised the work with no hassle at all and kindly took time to re-explain a couple of points. And the bike's excellent as well.

Great service all round, buying and warranty.

I was looking for ebikes for myself and husband and after quite abit of searching and research, Freeborn had the best choice for us.
We ordered 2 and they were with us within the week with free delivery which is unusual for us as we live in the North of Scotland so this was a bonus.
Slight damage on my bike during transit but after quick phone call a new part was with us within 2 days.
I would highly recommend freeborn.

Exceptional.

Ordered Cube One44 Pro 800 on Monday and bike came Thursday, all I had to do was fit front wheel and handle bars. Spent weeks searching and Freeborn were the cheapest by far. The service from start to finish was excellent, especially from Joe. I would highly recommend.

I dont often write reviews but thought my experiences with Freeborn deserved one. I bought an Ebike from Freeborn about 18 months ago . Over the time I've owned it , it has required some warranty work and broken parts sent . Everytime this has happened I have dealt with Joe from the shop and everytime I have recieved 5 star service. Whether it was sending new parts or arranging the bike to be collected and repaired free of charge under warranty . I will certainly use the shop again down to Joes professional service.

I bought a Cube Hybrid One electric bike from Freeborn which was delivered via courier. From the initial phone call through to receiving the bike, the service has been excellent. I can’t recommend Freeborn enough for their knowledge and service. Their video to put the bike back together after delivery, made it easy. I’ve been out on the bike and it’s fantastic!

I have bought several parts and a Mondraker Chrono from them. Can’t fault the service but can fault APC.

Purchased a bike from them 4 years ago, and ever since the first interaction, they have been absolutely amazing. I have had a couple of warranty issues with the parts on the bike and Joe has been so helpful in getting all the issues resolved swiftly, even though I don't live local at all! I would highly recommend Freeborn bikes.

Bought a Cube electric mountain bike. It was well spec'd for the price and I'm really happy with it. Freeborn built it very well in that I didn't need to adjust the gears or brakes, etc when I unboxed and reassembled it; they also fitted the rear mudguard which I ordered as an extra accessory which was much appreciated as I would have had to take the back wheel off to do that if they hadn't done it.

Only slight negative was the courier (APC Overnight) who's communication regarding delivery slot was poor. But the bike still arrived within a week from order so I'm keeping the 5 star rating as I'm very happy overall and would recommend Freeborn.

I purchased an electric Cube easy entry Kathmandu 750 from Freeborn because they had the most competitive price online. I decided to drive to their warehouse to get a closer look at the bike and also to see what frame would suit me. I’m 5ft 3 so I thought a small would be ok. I’m glad I visited Freeborn as after trying a small I was advised to go for the XS. I was also curious to see the other frames. The service I received from all the staff was amazing from my first enquiry to purchase. My bike was ordered and arrived semi built a week later by overnight courier(included in the price). I noticed the battery cover was faulty and called Freeborn customer care who immediately sent a replacement (luckily they had a spare in the workshop) next day delivery. I’ve never experienced such a helpful, professional, friendly online retail company with an exceptional aftercare service before so I had to write a review. I highly recommend Freeborn and will absolutely use them again. Love my new bike, after having a recent hip replacement I was struggling to get on and off my previous bike but with the easy entry cycling is a pleasure. I’ve had a few electric bikes but this model is amazing, it’s powerful and tackles all hills. It’s quite heavy which is to be expected with a 750w removable battery. It comes with an EU charger as well as UK. The Cube comes complete with mudguards, lights, pannier rack and bell. I only had to assemble the seat, handlebar and peddles and connect the led control box which was very straight forward. There are how to videos on you tube. One thing to note is that the battery is delivered separately to the bike which arrived the following day. Just the way the carrier delivers and nothing to do with Freeborn.
