Excellent service
Booked in for 11.00am, on arrival staff immediately started work and had tyres fitted within half an hour. Very satisfied.

Great Service
While delivery from supplier was delayed I was contacted and kept informed. Jay at Sutton Coldfield always has a friendly positive attitude even when he is the only person working at the site that day on a cold Wednesday in January.

Excellent service from this local company
On 18th January we found my daughter's car had a flat tyre. Mr Tyre was the only company that responded on line to confirm they had the tyre we needed, it is usually difficult to source. We were able to book an appointment to have it fitted within a couple of days. The fitting was very efficient & the price excellent. Can't speak more highly of them!!

Everything was fine until I realized…
Everything was fine until I realized they had fitted different tires than the ones I had ordered online. I called them the same day, and they just gave me excuses without showing any willingness to fix the problem. My car now has new tires with more exterior noise and different brand than the ones I bought online. It would have been different if they hadn't made decisions without consulting me first.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We actually made a stock error. The tyres that were offered had the same ratings for wet grip and fuel , we just inputted this incorrectly into the system.
If you would like to contact us at customerservice@mrtyre.co.uk i can send you a copy of our invoice from the supplier.
Alternatively i would be happy to swap them for you.

Today excellent experience at Mr Tyre
Today excellent experience at Mr Tyre, ordered a new tyre but the team was able to expertly repair my puncture which saved me £150, the tyre has plenty of tread so would have been a waste - big thanks to the Sutton Coldfield team.

The Best Helpful Tyre Company
After trying a couple of the well known tyre companies who weren’t really interested unless you have an appointment. I used the Sutton Coldfield branch in New Oscott on 24 November 2025 as I was unsure if l had a slow puncher as l was losing tyre pressure. The gentleman that served me was very helpful he explained and established that the value on the tyre was faulty. This was quickly replaced, alone with the tyre pressure .
Very helpful, highly recommended and would definitely use this establishment again.
