Good, friendly but a little late
Once the job had begun efficiently completed and staff were friendly. Only reason for not 5 stars the job was started 15 mins later than time booked which was 9.30 am

Great tyre, sad news.
5 stars as always. Available, attentive and knowledgeable, Mr Tyre, Rugby, is always my preferred choice of garage. The two staff were great, but I was informed today that Chris (the manager is leaving). Such a shame as he will be very much missed. Here’s hoping you can keep up the good service

Had a variable slow puncture on one…
Had a variable slow puncture on one wheel but no obvious damage. Was told the run flat tyre was unrepairable ordered a replacement. They checked the tyre and found no issues and replaced the valve. 25 quid instead of a new tyre.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Would be happy to recommend to anyone in the Rugby area.

Always a great experience at Mr Tyre Rugby Chris the Manager is always so helpful, as is his team, I've just found out Chris will be leaving in December so his replacement will have big boots to fill, I wish Chris all the best in his new venture.

Asymmetrical tyre fitted inside out! Had to go back the next day to get them to redo the job. I emailed customer services to complain and suggest that it wasn't unreasonable that the labour charge should be refunded given the circumstances and was told that they don't charge for labour, just overprice their parts. Sounds like a tax dodge to me. Clearly not doing a good enough job of checking who they employ.

To clarify your concern regarding labour charges, we do not separate out labour costs in our pricing, which is common practice in our industry. The price quoted and paid was for the supply and fitting of the tyre as a single, inclusive service. There is no intention to obscure pricing or avoid taxes, our business operates in full compliance with HMRC regulations.
We understand your frustration and regret that this incident led you to lose confidence in our service. While this was an isolated error, we’ve used it as an internal reminder to reinforce checks and uphold the standards our customers expect.
As a gesture of goodwill and in recognition of your inconvenience, we also offered a credit note to encourage you to give us another chance to show that this experience was not reflective of our usual service.

Good price and customer-focused. The guys are friendly and happy to explain fully what they're doing, and are completely happy for me to watch from a safe place.
The only drawback - they are so busy that they have to book me in for the next day!
