Questioned results on TPMS as they said that all 4 weren't working, resulting in being informed that the mechanic didn't know how to use the garages tooling, and therefore only 1 at fault as per my booking.

Purchased the tyres online at a reasonable price. Staff were efficient booking my vehicle in and completing the work.

Friendly and efficient service
Booked my car in (on-line) for a new tyre and wheel alignment. All easy and I was met by pleasant staff on reception.
My car was ready for collection within 45 mins. Very pleased.

Great MOT experience as new customer
Really easy to book, comfortable waiting area but if you don't want to wait, not far from town so you can walk in. Appointment ran to time so, good customer service and thorough explanation of products. They printed MOT doc which was helpful too. Felt able to trust the team and services. Would highly recommend.

We regularly use the Lichfield branch for our cars and always get good service from the team. However, I've got to give a big shout out to Amy who helped book us in for a new tyre yesterday. Her customer service was fantastic; very friendly and helpful over the phone and when we went in to collect our car earlier.
