Prompt appointment , staff polite and efficient .

Dropped into the Kidderminster branch without an appointment, quickly priced up several tyre options and could fit the tyres if I could leave it with them, it would be done within 1.5 hours, so as they're walking distance to home, I left the car and approx. 1 hour later, had a call to say it was ready.

Excellent service. After booking 2 days before, arrived at the booked time and was greeted and work started immediately. Waited in the waiting room the work was completed within 20 minutes and the car was in a position to just drive away.

Simply brilliant!. With a quick phone call, we confirmed that Mr Tyre had the tyres I wanted, in stock, and could fit them at a time to suit me. Booking was easy. The fitting was equally as smooth and successful - just a few minutes and all sorted. Left my car nice and clean. Another happy customer!! Very happy to use again and to recommend.

Quite a problem flat front drivers side tyre, 19 inches.. Not in stock, late afternoon.

Lucky I had a mini spare which was put on asap.. Order 2 new front tyres.. To be honest they where getting worn. The team found me x2 replacements from a mid range collection.. Fitted next day.. Delivery was later than expected they kept me informed.. A good customer experience with a decent out come..

Checked my tracking and informed me it was spot on and so I only had to pay for a tyre change

I wouldn’t have been any the wiser so could have done nothing and charged me for the privilege but didn’t
