Did wait longer than expected for the tyre change but it was Friday of half term week so they were busy. Did apologies to me for the time waited.

2 new tyres
Had an appointment at 4pm done by 5pm. Had two new tyres on the front of my car. Would just say that a drink machine would have been good in the reception but apart from that happy with service and would use again. Good price too

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and honest. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. Fair prices and great communication throughout. Highly recommended!

Fast friendly service
Fast friendly service. Had two tyres replaced and all 4 wheel sensors replaced.
Also had them check my wheel barrings which turned out to be fine.
Have used them in the passed and will continue to use in the future.

Car park full of vehicles that don’t move
Hi been mr tyre Kettering twice now and the car park is just so full so I went back the next day still the same looks like Same vehicles as well. Sorry I went somewhere else.

We do carry out a large amount of trade, account and fleet work alongside our retail customers, so at times our car park can look very busy with vehicles awaiting collection or scheduled work. However, we always aim to prioritise booked retail customers and keep waiting times as short as possible.

Brilliant service helping a Damsel in Distress !!!! After discovering a flat tyre as I was about to leave for work I knew just the people to call in to.
A quick rescue from the AA....then to MR TYRE to have the puncture sealed and sorted !!!!
Brilliant service....always polite and courteous. Prices are affordable and the team can always fit me in . Would not go anywhere else !!🥰

Very pleased with advice and service…
Very pleased with advice and service but I was asked to come ar 2.30, which I thought was an appointment, but it wasn’t finished until 3.45 which is a long time to wait while 2 tyres are fitted. Had I known I would have taken my wife with me and we could have gone shopping together.
Otherwise, very pleased.

Poor balancing
Sorry Mr Tyre but my 2 front tyres wasn't balanced properly... when I left garage and driving around 70 mls/h my steering wheel shaking badly, same or even more as before balancing...

Your vehicle was originally presented to us with a steering vibration concern, and while wheel balancing can often resolve this, there can sometimes be underlying issues that may also contribute to the problem.
As soon as we received your message through our customer service channel, we contacted you directly to arrange for the vehicle to come back in so we can inspect everything again and rebalance/check the wheels if required. We’re always happy to investigate further and make sure our customers are looked after.

Having had a poor experience with the tyre fitter that I have used for many years, I was keen to try a new company.
I was really pleased with Mr.Tyre. They had a welcoming reception area. I was met in a polite and professional manner and the centre was clearly well staffed. I am relieved to have found a tyre fitter that I will definitely use again.
