Customer service was poor
Customer service was poor, no greeting on arrival, then told I would have to wait an extra 30mins to be seen for an MOT, they left my car on a ramp for 30mins whilst they looked at another motor. Overall my MOT took 1hr 30mins as I was made to wait for my certificate, still poor customer service
I will not be returning and will never recommend this garage

We are sorry that you are disappointed with the service you received when you visited our Cannock depot, this is certainly not we aim for and not the level of service this depot has historically given.
Having discussed your visit with the depot staff and studied the CCTV I can see that you visited the depot twice, on your first visit you were greeted straight away by the manager who explained that the depot was currently running behind schedule, he did apologise for this and the depot carried out your MOT test as quickly as they could.
On your second visit, unfortunately the depot was busy and there was delay of approximately one and half minutes before you got served.
We are sorry you had a slight wait for your certificate, unfortunately due to how the Mot system works it can take a little longer after a test is completed to generate the paperwork.

Fast, Efficient, Honest & Reliable!
The guys at Mr Tyre (Cannock) are what everybody needs. For so long now getting ur car repaired or even MOT’d can be quite scary for many. So many untrustworthy people taking advantage of vulnerable individuals.
Questions such as:
-Are they telling me the truth?
-Why is it costing me so much?
I feel I’ve found the best place. For the past 2 years now I will only bring my cars & my partners cars here! Mr Tyre in Cannock and Drew who I tend to deal with are great.
Efficient, quick, explain everything in advance, u get emailed full reports of work done. No hidden surprises or costs.
I’ve had some difficult to work on Sports cars & showcars but nothing is ever too much trouble.
But honestly….. if u want to try a place where everything is honest, upfront and quick…… contact Drew at Mr Tyre in Cannock!
