What is the point of the community if you can not share your view.

I have been scammed through my broker www. royalarmyfx.com / Server www .Oorafx.com

They are using MT5 trading platform and trade is running but i don't know running trade are fruad or ok.?

As i transferred payment as per my account manger advise and now Broker "www. Royalarmyfx.com" trying to blackmail me . and are not ready to give me withdrawal.

Note:

One thing is very important " Trades are Running on MT5, I can open/close the deals and they also doing trade and made a good profits daily" also they can change anytime password and they can remove my name on Login /account number anytime. they can removed my account anytime. They have already washed my 2 accounts.

Присоединяюсь к предыдущим отзывам. Поставили в бан за какое то пособничество(не обосновав в чем дело), со службой поддержки связаться так и не удалось, не нашел контактов. Счет в итоге отключили, снова же не сказав почему, пароль от счета не нашел где поменять, пришло 4 оплаты(подписки на сигнал), в итоге они же все оплаты и отменили. В общем больше не буду связываться с этим сервисом, и тем кто нормально торгует, проще мне кажется открывать счет в Copyfx либо Alpari, потому что до того как столкнулся с MQL5 я считал что это хороший сервис, дающий нормально работать, или хотя бы с тех поддержкой, к которой можно обратиться

Absolutely the worst—I mean the worst—customer service I've ever experienced to date. If I could rate it with a zero, I would. I assumed since they were connected with the MT platform (or so I think) the organization could be trusted without researching reviews. In short, I was wrong! Here is what happened:
- I hired a developer who did a terrible job. He would not follow our directions, implementing what he wanted, instead of what we requested. He was 2 months late. And, the quality of work was poor. The EA wasn't professionally created.
- I initiated a dispute resolution to cancel the project, and I requested a full refund.
- MQL5 split the amount escrowed, giving the developer 50% for nothing useable to us.
- After reviewing the developer's dispute rating and his comments regarding the resolution process, I begin thinking this is how he makes his money—creating something just to say he is working, then a dispute resolution is initiated, giving him a split. Now, I'm wondering if the developer is affiliated with MQL5.
- So, now the project is cancelled and I wanted to retrieve the remaining funds.
- it took months to receive the remaining balance due to their quirky and archaic requirements, and gross neglect. For example, I was refused a refund because I didn't have any earned money. Therefore, withdrawal options were not available. It seems as though you have to be a seller AND get paid, even though you are just a buyer, in order to get a refund.
- They said I could delete the account and request a refund. However, I was concerned if I deleted the account, what would happen to the funds connected with the account.
- After expressing my concern, they mentioned I could request a withdrawal...duh, that's what I've been requesting.
- After months, they finally enabled the withdrawal option for me to withdraw the remaining funds.
- Upon asking them why it took so long for them to respond, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, they deleted my account with no response.

YOU ARE AN UTTER FOOL IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY AFTER ALL OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!! Fiverr is way more professional and responsive than MQL5 could ever dream of being.

Присоединяюсь к предыдущему отзыву, все пять пунктов в точку. К шестому дополню, что падают не только платёжные сервисы, но весь ресурс. За 10 лет своего существования они так и не научились делать обновления на продакшн серверах. Просто читая форум можно столкнуться с сообщением "Подождите, технические работы", причём по несколько раз в день.
Живут только за счёт MT4 - народной платформы для слива клиентов, потому что "кухонные" ДЦ платят приличную абонентскую плату за MT4. Как уже было сказано ранее, MT5 у них не взлетел, и наверное, уже не взлетит. Хотя денег, сил и времени вложено в него очень много.

- Purchased Bot from MQL5.
- Used 1 of 7 activations.
- Bot removed.
- Contacted support over 2+ weeks.
- Was requesting refund / link to bot.
- 100% ignored, not a single message back.

The loss that had an agent didn't have, that it seems on. A robot is trading a net no step could bee misstep. Profits won't misstep an agent if no step left to bee misstep.

Отвратительный ресурс с придурками в администрации.
1. Форум, любая критика по существу запрещена, лучше вообще не вступать ни в какой контакт ни с администраторами ни с модераторами. Бан можно получить за что угодно по любой причине которая не описана в правилах. Обжаловать бесполезно.
2. VPS очень неудобный сервис с конскими ценами. За один терминал просят аж $10 в месяц. За эти же деньги можно снять простенький VPS и поставить на него 5-10 терминалов. Окей, качество? а его нет, все постоянно падает и ломается. Не прошло и недели без сообщения о том что что-то не так и кто-то потерял деньги. Ответсвенности естественно они нести не собираются.
3. Маркет, стал просто помойкой сливаторов и всякой бесполезной дряни, никакой адекватной модерации нет.
4. Фриланс. Думаете они проверяют тех кто делает работы? куча школьников с тупейшими ошибками в коде. Защита заказчика? Арбитраж? а его нет. Я жду ответа по своей претензии месяц! Я месяц не могу вернут деньги по заказу который даже не пытались выполнять! Арбитраж просто умер.
5. Сигналы? Дебильный рейтинг по которому чем больше заработок, тем меньше оценка. В топе держаться сливаторы с фальсифицированными "реальными" счетами у левых брокеров.
6. Окей, вы все это схавали и все равно хотите попытаться воспользоваться их услугами? вот незадача, каждую неделю у них падают платежные сервисы. Пополнить свой счет можно только после дождика в четверг.

Компания MetaQuotes упала на дно из-за неверной политики. Все ресурсы потратили на попытку навязать кривой, никому не нужный, клиент MT5. Кстати безуспешно. Не хватает денег даже на нормальную модерацию этого ресурса - по сути их лица.

ATTENTION!!!. MQL5 - scam site. Trading signals for copying - with fake trading history. upload the trading account to myfxbook and to MQL5, and you will see the difference. and trading robots will blow up your account within a month. Stay away from this site, save money.

They allow people to sell scams as long as they get a cut of the money and they claim to have no responsibility. The support is useless and cheap, you'll never receive any quality help from them.

If you value your money, then you should NEVER use their services.

Very Very bad customer service. I contacted MQL5 customer support to alert them of my account been hacked. And authorized product activation, they just said to bad.

Выгодная стратегия тут только одна. Это которой придерживается прод. Советник не оптимизируется, и за любой период времени показывает убыток (внутри дня, недели, месяца). Месяц не одна демка правда не прожила. Сведения, указанные о советнике, думаю заведомо ложные. В принципе это мошенничество, с соответствии с законодательством РФ. Если сов. убыточен, зачем эти графики якобы по всем тикам в описании? Но даже в тесте по всем тикам и в рынке ведет себя кардинально по-разному. В тестере божественная программа, в рынке вообще без шансов. Как говорил товарищ Бендер, надо чтить уголовный кодекс. Мне жаль потраченных денег на данный робот. Никакие настройки не помогут этому сову стать высокодоходным. Судя по комментариям, другие советники данного прода такой же обман.

The Seller (Aleksandr) is very poor in supporting his products. He encourages you by answering questions as long as you are yet to purchase his product. But once purchased, he ignores you and leave you to your faith.

GARBAGE EA. And the vendor is sneaky and deceitful. He conveniently deleted the signals that were performing poorly and only left one at Pepperstone. Looks good on backtest but will lose your money on live. Another Russian fraud.

Аркадий Граф. Отзыв о приобретенном у Александра Валуца советнике Dynamite PRO (350usd).
Робот устаревший и некачественный. На январь 2018г. он приносит только дни убытки, как на демо счете, так и на реале. За две недели торговли, более 80% убыточных сделок. Но самое главное, что его не возможно настроить или оптимизировать, так как он этому просто не подлежит. Это проверено на практике и об этом прямо указано в описании: "не требует оптимизации параметров, настраивается автоматически". При этом робот, впрочем как и другие 42 советника этого изготовителя, показывают отличные результаты тестирования на исторических данных. Но это сплошной обман. Мошенничество!!! Робот не подлежит аренде!!! Изготовитель не собирается его исправлять или модернизировать, ссылаясь на свою занятость. Он "производит" очередной, 43 советник. Будьте благоразумны, не прельщайтесь на непроверенные, нерабочие продукты, этого "изготовителя".

Это просто кошмар какой то. Давно пользовался сервисом. Покупал индикаторы, советники и сигналы.И раньше бывали вопросы, но то что произошло сегодня это просто беспредел со стороны MQL. Долго выбирал индикаторы из той кучи всяких разных которые продаются на маркете. И вот выбрал пару по 88 долларов каждый. Пополнил баланс счета с карты сбербанка и начал совершать покупку. И тут вдруг получил сообщение что финансовые операции ограничены. Написал в поддержку. Ответ поверг меня в шок. Что якобы я нарушил пункт о нарушении авторских прав. И сервис отказывает мне в дальнейшем обслуживании. Вход в личный кабинет заблокировали. Деньги естественно не вернули 176 долларов извините. Будьте аккуратны

After that, the Topic was cleared for the third time And in the last step, they banned my account and In the seller section again with an answer they confirmed their work..

The site is corrupt. Firstly the customer is support is the most awful I have ever seen, you wont get any kindness from them or answers to your questions. The only answer of theirs is: do not interrupt our job. Secondly if you have deposited some money into mql5`s account and did not spend it all for services their offer and want to withdraw it, they wont allow it you to do it. They even have their rules written in such way that they wont be reliable for illegal activities made. Thirdly, they do what they want, they can block you anytime from accessing particular features of site if they dont like you, or you asked too much questions or if they see another ridiculous reason for it. Well, this is how they do business in Russia, corruption at a highest level.
