Dear sir,as far as consed MQL5 community its ok ,but seller EA Mr.Michela Russo he or she cheaters why..?one i purchased his product is Zebra Crazy pro full version,in the videos showing all profitable videos,when i start real trading alomst 35$ his produsts worst and they playing with people emotioms,when i send eviends they are deleted messages,i said i wll complain and refund for which i purchased,he not repling nothig

Given my own experience I am amazed that MT5 is so widely used in Forex trading. I have found the platform to be unstable with seemingly constant "updates" that seem to fix one problem and introduce another. I have lost many of my activations of purchased products following these updates where I have had to reactivate the products. Last Saturday another update appeared. Following the update all my purchased indicators were broken and needed reactivation so yet another one gone. WORST of all is that the so called support team don't give a damn. There is no support desk for these sorts of problems - if it isn't a financial query, they just refer you to posting on the community form. There are helpful people on the forums but they cannot resolve these problems which can only be sorted my MQL5 - but they really don't care. I've decided that I just can't work with a wobbly platform and a vendor who treats its customers with such contempt so after 3 years I have kicked MT5 into the long grass and moved to trading view. You turn it on and it just works...how refreshing! If you are a newby I would honestly look elsewhere - you have enough to learn without the battle of dealing with an unstable platform and a vendor who exists only to service brokers and sell add on software - which varies form brilliant to utter crap.

Be very careful with this guys , some decent stuff can be bought there but once they take your money forget any money back guarantee or refunds. They can not even be contacted any meaningful way .

They are a scam site supporting other scam vendors.

I bought hundreds of dollars worth of EAs and Indicators and when I bought an EA that completely did not work I kept contacting them for support to get a refund but they couldnt care less. You could spend any amount of money on a faulty EA or indicator and they will do nothing.

Then I was contacted by a scam software vendor Hugo from
scalarfinance com selling Non Repainting Trading System =BS scam system,
and after reading many good reviews and checking they had a 30 day money back guarantee which is actually a NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE for useless scam software I was banned from MQL5 until 2030 lol for trying to warn other traders in the forum not to get scammed from this vendor.

The honest traders there is no support but the scammers they support and promote them- disgraceful dishonest site.

Avoid these thieving scammers

Был бы минус поставил бы максимум. отстойный сайт, пользуются тем, что они единственные в данной сфере и поэтому творят что хотят. блокируют аккаунты без объяснений, банят просто так на пять лет, одним словом не приближайтесь к данному сервису. если вы и заработаете с ними, не факт что получите свои деньги.

I have been scammed, like many others, by MQL5.com.
Here is my story.

I have an account since 2017, with which I have spent about 1500 dollars. Out of the blue, weeks ago, I was stuck for a general violation of the site rules.

Not bad, the service is so poor that I don't care. Too bad that however 'in the account there was still money that I had paid previously.

And here begins the "mafia method" of those who manage the site.

When you pay money into your account, the procedure from Paypal is immediate, the deposit takes place instantly. But when you want your money back, such a criminal system has been set up that it becomes impossible.

In fact, to recover the money on the SAME paypal account from which they were taken, you first need to receive a code on your mobile phone. The reason is completely unknown: easy to pour, difficult to withdraw. A CLASSIC.

To receive this phantom code, it is therefore necessary to set the mobile phone number in the account. BUT, being the account blocked, every operation is inhibited: you cannot enter the number, you cannot do anything, because the account is blocked.

So it's impossible to get the money back.

So I connect to my Paypal account from which I had uploaded my account years ago, and ask for the payment of my money directly from PAypal.

Alfiya Mishurnyaeva (accounts AT finteza.com) replies that I don't know who he is, from an account that I don't know and that doesn't seem to have links with Metaquotes Mql5 by writing the following:

According to these gentlemen, to get the money back:
1. they cannot do this by accepting my Paypal request (why? It would be immediate)
2. they want to know my phone number via email. And who are these people, who guarantees me that it is not a scam?
3. they refuse the simplest operation of all: unlock my account, have me enter the phone in order to receive the code and get my money back, relock / cancel my account.

In other words, through Paypal they will not give me back the money, inserting in my Mql5 account they prevent me because it is blocked (and absolutely cannot be unlocked, not even to insert the phone) and they ask me for the phone number by email, from a person I don't know and from a FINTEZA.COM account?

I reported everything to Paypal, these are scammers, they do everything to keep other people's money.

STAY AWAY. FRAUD!

the worst "service" and client relations.
they simply just don't care about you as a client. I've got an "authentication denied" message and found out that my account was deleted without zero warning. after 30 min of trying to find their contact address and using their message bot who kindly told me to check the forum which has only about 30k threads (because that's the goal of my life and my time is not precious enough) I've managed to send them a message through their platform as a freelancer. just terrible. got an answer quite fast letting me know that i have to check the forum but now with a link to the forum and i have found out that my account was deleted because I've accessed the website through multiple accounts. dumbest thing ever heard.
just because they host most of the indicators they just don't care, they are the landlords and we are the slaves. i have friends who got their accounts closed with money in it. friends who spent around $1000 already on their stupid website. they should be taken down and pay damages to these people that they are "treating" like this.

mql5 supports are really poor , very bad service and slow reply, they will always block user randomly without any reason, leave it.

I think we should create a new platform to beat mql5 community

I logged in today to post an in the freelance part of the website and got this message in red
"Ban till 2030.04.27 (Decompilation request)"
They did not email me or contact me or even get in touch.
I was banned for no reason what so ever.
I contacted their support and no one even got back to in 2 weeks.
What a very bad site.
I wanted to make my indicator but looks like I will have to look somewhere else.
I need my account back so I can make my idea and hire a freelancer.

I am following a trader with low drawdown and low slippage. People who complain either using "slippy" broker or following signals with huge drawdown. So far I am very satisfied with only 1 trader and looking forward to check the slippage of other signals..

2. Не покупайте советники, 90% сливаторы (разработчики советников, просто школьники недоучки!), сервису интересно 20% от продажи больше им нечего не интересно.
3. Сигналы, чем больше сливают, находятся в топ по 5-ти бальной шкале.

Не вливайте туда денег. Купил советника, он тупо не соответствует описанию. Написал автору, тот мягко послал, написал в службу поддержки, мой аккаунт удалили без разговоров и все мои отзывы ахаххп))) это лохотрон. Там такая тема,когда ты купил чтото, часть сайт забирает, всех кто выскажеться что это нерабочая утилита, удалят с сайта вместе с отзывами. Походу ооочень большой развод а не сайт. Лет 5 был там зареган,пока не купил платный продукт))

Фриланс. Исполнитель сделал совсем не то, что ему заказали. Проверить это можно за 1 минуту. Думаете кто то проверил? Задал вопрос: "А что собственно не так?" Списали деньги в пользу исполнителя. Ни денег, ни советника.
Забыл добавить - являюсь ярым фанатом MQ5 )))

I've opened a ticket since last 8 days about my financial activites blocked.

Mql5 just responded twice by saying that your account is linked to fraudulent activities with some guy in China and give me 1 week to clear my balance.

I've sent 100 messages to sort this issue but no responses on there service desk. I've indicator purcahsed worth 1000usd and I want to what will happen with that?

Why my account was flagged as a fraudulent activity?

Metaquotes is the parent company of mql5 they are not responding mql 5 is not responding ? whom should I ask?

Absolutely frustrating support

I find the communication with MQL5 and the vendors non-existent! You buy a tool or service and there is never a route to communicate with the seller - I gave up after 2 weeks of paying for services I did not get! I am still hoping the 48hrs response promised by MQL5 will happen before Xmas 2021.. Really crap!!!
